I hate to keep harping on this... but this woman testified during direct examination that Caylee and Casey were excluded because of this "17" and then when Jose was just back up there talking to her she said she could not exclude anyone?? Why did she say earlier that she could exclude Casey and Caylee... then switch that she could not exclude anyone?? She said it was inconclusive and she couldn't exclude anyone... WHY... then did she sit there and say that earlier?? She has my hinky meter up majorly!!

I no likey this witness.

No. Jurors who have been seated on the jury will not be alternates.If they get kicked off, they go home.

I hate to ask this question but is that really possible?

Yes, hung juries happen all the time.

Yes but some of the states was inconclusive as well ,to the jury I would think, JA's unsettled demeanor is confusing

He seem to be doing okay but he does need to keep calm because his frustration may make the jury feel the defense is scoring points.

Why is JB allowed to stand up at counsel table during JA's examination, threatening to object? That really, really bothered me.
