She was bagged after being in the trunk a bit....leaving the stain...and smell IMO Bagging came later, when Casey borrowed the shovel on the 17th...decided digging a hole was too much like "work" imo

They are talking mainly about Casey's clothes that were tested for blood and none found.

I think that's what his point is, that, since there is no blood, the drowning theory is plausible. Of course, it also lends credence to the State's theory of asphyxiation/suffocation.

FWIW - Does anyone know why blood would not be present in the early stages of decomp? I barely nick my fingers and I bleed, why would there not be blood leaked with the early fluids of decomp?

IIRC, one of the SA experts explained this. Don't remember who it was or what, exactly, they said. Maybe Joypath can help?

I am starting to have questions about WHY baez seems to keep bringing up blood, he said there could've been blood splatter by the pool *rolls eyes* and now this, what does he know that we dont....or is he really so inept??

I hate to think where he's going with that.
Maybe he will say GA/ICA collided as they ran around the pool and she got a severe head injury with concussion from which she is still suffering brain damage..
It's as good as anything else he has invented.

of course she had a small child, I dont know if light stains such as these are really serious stains or if only observed with a loupe or suchlike but I wager I got them too, as I have kids and I am none too neat my own self.
