So Wendy was angry, and kind of out of control, but here is what I think she was freaking about.

She was screaming about the bug guy and Vasco, and saying the DT is just a big joke. But beneath that her anger is raging because she thinbks Casey is innocent of the murder, but us covering for someone else. So she is mad that Baez is not putting up a good defense and is just 'putting on a show.' But she was so freaking crazy and screaming like a lunatic. I think she might be having an episode of some kind.

I think if they looked at the photos, that is enough. If they are smart enough to serve on the jury, they should be smart enough to know when they've saw enough of a photo to get the point. IMO

AZ's take: I don't see anything wrong with it, if it didn't prevent any juror from seeing any item of evidence--so, as you said, if the evidence had been up on the monitor for a while, or if there was a side bar, or if the juror was just sick of looking at it, or had already seen it earlier in the trial, or could see it as the witness held up the item, etc.

Sooner Fan#1 says I am now hooked on the CA trial. What she hasn't told you that I spent 42 years as an accident investigator for the insurance industry and have testified in more trials than I can remember on both the plaintiff's side and the defense's side. I am proud to say that in all the trials I have testified, my testimony was never refuted and we never lost a case.

I am NOT a scientist but IMHO after JA cross and many recrosses he looked unethical as all get out.All day he spent playing ring around the real evidence till JA's cross.Sure did sound like he catered his pig experiment to insure results would favor the DT.JB must have told him would use and pay him very well to testify in all the cases he will get after everyone sees what a great Attorney JB is.:floorlaugh::floorlaugh::floorlaugh:

I believe he said he started it in September 2010. He swears he had had the idea to do it for a long time before this case, and if he had wanted to do it for this case, he would have found the same car, wrapped the pig up and done it in Florida in the summer. He got a little defensive. In all fairness to this young man, he did a pretty good job considering who his client is and what he had to work with. I have a daughter with an almost PhD who is an educator and consultant and I just kept picturing her up there. Bill Shaeffer commented that experts just need to learn that when they are faced with logic (as JA was doing at the end) they need to be able to come off their opinions or they begin to lose credibility - FWIW.

I saw her the other night and she was way out there and very animated. Believe she thinks Caylee was involved in kiddy *advertiser censored* or some such thing......

Uncle so glad you are back! I Was really worried about you for awhile - good to know you are on! I Love hearing this tidbit of info about your credentials....what is your take on this whole thing?

My hubby has testified in court many times in civil court, but said he's never seen any thing like this :crazy:

An FYI: Dateline NBC (9EST) says: "New details and courtroom dramas key Dennis Murphy's update on the Caylee Anthony case. Anthony's young mother, Casey Anthony, is accused of murdering the toddler in 2008."

Okay - bear with me please...I am in the UK and therefore miss most of HLN/CNN/TruTV - although am American and remember most of the TH's with disdain.

Has Wendy Murphy seen a profiling report? Done any research into parents who kill their children? EVER???

Talk about seeking fame! This man said he didn't know George and has never talked to him..so why bring the race card into it? No doubt that if this phone number could have attached itself to a Latino or Hispanic man, Jose would have went after them too. I'll certainly sit on my hands now! The nerve of some people! That is probably true. If it was a Hispanic gang member with a felony or a white power KKK guy. But the point he was making is the Defense used his face, his 'scary black' face, to try and muddy the waters and make George look guilty. I must have seen this innocent man's face, huge on the tv screen, about 50 times in the past 48 hours.

So in general, how do each of you feel it's going for the prosecution? Will they get a conviction of any kind?

Being me, I am just plain worried...but I keep telling myself it is out of my control and it is what it is...but I pray every night that Caylee will get the justice that she so deserves.......

I have stopped trying to predict what the outcome of this case will be. The decision is the sole discretion of the 12 people in the Jury box. I don't think anyone can predict what they will do. I will say, there is not anyone who could have handled this case any better than LBD, JA, and Mr. George. Whether they win or lose, all three can walk out of that Court Room with their heads held high. They have done an excellent job for the State Of Florida. IMO
