I wonder what JB's theory is of how the body was transported to the dumping site after drowning in the pool. Why is he fighting the trunk evidence so hard! Afterall.. he admitted she was dead on June 16th. ... so there was a dead body and it had to be somewhere.. why not the car?

Her corpse was in the trunk for some time, it wasn't just transported. Not a very respectful way to treat a little girl even if she had died in a terrible accident. Neither is tossing her in the woods amongst trash in trash bags. :twocents:

But I could swear that JB stated to the judge this morning that this witness would only take a 1/2 hour or so.... did I hear him wrong....because I'm back hours later and DR. H is still on the stand.

Anyone that manages their own garbage disposal knows some of this stuff. Flies go for fresh meat more than beef jerky. Neither of these foods were in the bag in the trunk. I thought the flies wanted the tobacco spit! I'm so confused!
