A brutal day for trial watching - (LG)

Wesh day is saying a very tough day for the defence today. Summary coming up!

Can't - just can't wait to read/listen to Bill S.'s recap of today. I'm betting he won't know whether to laugh or cry while he gives his opinion. Hope he also gets to say a few words on NG tonight - yesterday he said he was fed up with all the nonsense crap comments being written or said about opinions of how this trial is going. He shocked me - usually he is more diplomatic....

re bold - do you have a 'link' to that? Sounds like it would be a good read today! TIA!! :seeya:

OK... I have to admit I had to look up what a bumbershoot is. Somehow the word fits him. :D

Maybe you haven't seen the pic of Kathi B. trying to interview CM while he holds an open golf umbrella to fend her off. A poster here has it as her/his avatar. Funnier than heck!

Can anyone tell me what happened to Dr. William Rodriguez? I have looked back to the start of today and haven't been able to find anything. Of course I could have very easily overlooked it cause I'm trying to watch the "Deadliest Catch" at the same time. Thank you and appreciate your help....You all are wonderful!

re: witness William Rodriguez - Forensic Anthropologist with Dept of Defense
Armed Forces Medical Examiner Office in Washington, DC
expert in Forensic Anthropology, Taphonomy, and Forensic Entomology
left Saturday because of discovery violations about opinion re duct tape
Ashton said about him not coming back, at some point the Judge needs
to tell the jury about that
Judge will craft some language for that
Baez said they have further inquiry, discussing that as a team now

The defense is having a tough time with its own witnesses in the Casey Anthony murder trial. Tonight on #ac360 #cnn.

yesterday the shirt tied in back was vanity to make it tighter fitting in the front -- she wants her assets to be obvious when she does her chest thrusts for her boys....

the bulky sweater tied up today was so the guards could get her waist chains on her -- every time she walks out of the courtroom, the guards are waiting with the ankle and waist chains to put on the INMATE. Judge Perry only allows the chains to be taken off while she is sitting in the courtroom.

That's interesting cause I read a twitter that said the jurors perk up and pay attention when JA is up!!
Hhhhmmm...Wonder which hat JC was wearing when she said that?:waitasec:

Thanks! I would much rather believe that the jurors like JA and perk up when he's up. :)

BREAKING NEWS: On Wednesday, Baez will call Gumby, a unicorn, and a coyote to the stand. #Caseyanthony

Will they all get together and give a demo on how to make chlorofirm with a chemistry set???

I dont have any concerns about the jury - there are plenty of sound minds on there to help those along who might have trouble deliberating....also, not sure how familar you are with the Scott Peterson trial but the WHOLE TIME, media was zeroed in on the one juror everyone was 'concerned' about, "Strawberry Shortcake"; young, attractive, gregarious female on the jury - apparently a lot of assumptions were made by her outward appearance and general personality traits, that she was liberal, flirty, possibly 'crushing' on Scott Peterson....she crushed him alright....When it was all said and done I think she voluntered to load the needle for him.

Thanks for reminding me of the jury in the Scott Peterson case! I remember Strawberry Shortcake! She had a colorful appearance, with streaks of pink in her hair. When the jury had a press conference with the media after the trial was over, it was learned that she was very pro prosecution, which came as a surprise to many. I think there were two jurors replaced in that trial, but then that trial lasted for months, not weeks like this one.

Defense will get desperate as their case is slipping away fast. Expect a Hail Mary Pass in the next day or so #caseyanthony

Leila,

I have been keeping my eye out on anyone else referencing juror #4, and I have consoled myself a little with the fact that Pamela from Hinky Meter has not voiced any concern about the jury. I hope that's a good sign there is not a problem.

Thanks! After reading some of the comments here, I'm feeling better about the jury. :)
