I just don't get where all of this mind-numbing repeat testimony is going. I get that the DT is trying to "get Caylee out of the car", but if there was one hair found, and ICA has conceded that she did, in fact, know Caylee was dead, can't they just write off the single hair as transfer, and move on to addressing the ridiculous claims from the OS?? I don't understand WHY they insist on burying themselves with science that they clearly don't understand. Not that I'm complaining about the burying themselves part, but the pace is infuriating! :banghead:

I remember the day when I listened intently to the forensics evidence & testimony. I'm trying reeeealllly hard now to focus, but it's like driving down a long road in the middle of the night & slapping myself to stay awake.

Baez drives me crazy. I am no lawyer, but it seems to me if I was questioning a witness, I would do it in such a way to get the answer the I want without bullying it out of them. Questioning is a craft that JA has perfected. Baez just thinks he can hammer a witness over and over and eventually that witness will just say what he wants because he's "a big heap lawyerman" (he thinks he's so intimidating and he's just NOT).

And beyond that, it seems he's wanting the witnesses to just change their reports and studies to agree with him. That's NOT how it WORKS, Baez! Gawd, he's trying to plagiarize their testimony to fit his, and thank GOD it's not working! I teach my students that you can't change the original sourcework to fit what you're trying to prove in your essays. You have to keep the original intent to respect and properly credit the source. Geesh.

JB sure did sacrifice alot this morning, just to introduce one piece of iffy evidence. I honestly can't for the life of me understand why the DT brought this witness back. I now find his evidence to be more credible than I did when the state had him on the stand the first time. Because without the PP presentation the first time, I had trouble understanding the testimony. Today, with the PP, I got it.

The DT should have just left this alone, imo.

What is up with that - is there some coding thing I need to turn off? I've lost many a post to that - am tempted to compose in words and then copy/(it just did it right here!!!!) paste...

I just figured out that if you hit Control + Z it is an Undo! Hopefully that will work and bring back the lost post....(wished I would have looked for that before!) Hopefully that will help us in the future.
