On GMA Dan Abrams said JB might be switching gears from his OS and just attacking forensics and it is a good idea. NG said she thinks as stupid as it was he has to stick with trying to prove GAs involvement because you can't unring that bell and that's what the jury wants to hear....they should have used this tactic from the beginning. IMO the problem is JB has been spouting for years that there would be an aha moment so he was stuck giving some story. Now he's stuck with the stupid story.

Sad. IMO she is guilty. Only thing I have to review is premeditation. Now don't throw rotten eggs or whatever all....

Premeditation can happen in the blink of an eye - in other words in the amount of time it took to put the tape on Caylee's face - there was time to stop.
It's like when you point a gun and pull the trigger - that split second between pointing and pulling is premeditation according to the experts.

It is not a case of sitting around mulling over should I kill my kid or not kill my kid.

Getting ready for the movie!! That is so neat. I agree with most of them.

Some were very good. Disagree strongly with the actor for JA. Loved the Heather Locklear pick for LDB. Big fan of hers and LDB is so pretty.
