Well, I can tell what color it is, and I've spent a lot of time cleaning my car, but I couldn't be as specific as these folks claim to be able to be about stains that were not particularly noticeable in the trunk, for goodness sakes.

I believe she DID refute her testimony from yesterday. Yesterday, just because her time sheet showed her to be at work didn't necessarily mean she was there. Now, today, her timesheet shows she was there so she must have definitely been at work. Direct contradiction of what she said yesterday. Regardless of the days being in June or March. That is not the issue. The issue is either the time sheets are right or they are not. Can't cherry pick when you want them to be correct or incorrect.

Apparently you and I had completely different interpretations of the question I was responding to.

So they just showed CA and GA in the audience, LA is on the stand, ICA is in the room, the Defendant, -- this whole family minus little Caylee is now all in this Courtroom, because of ICA. This is a real shame. IMO< MOO, Etc.

If Lee harms himself via his testimony, then it will be because of CA. How GA can sit there and go along with her blows my mind. Testify for CA in the penalty phase, if you must. But why sacrifice yourself and your future for her?

first of all, JB knows (should know) what LA is going to say, so I doubt there is going to be stuff that helps the prosecution.

Second, I do think that this previous stain stuff is going to prove out to be a red herring. The stain in question, I believe, is not one of these old stains.

They have said small stains were there, not that big basketball size they found where Caylee was lying...LDB will fix this on cross....he's trying to hard to disprove the state and will wind up getting his client convicted...oh, oh the site is slowing down...not able to forward on to next page...
