Has anyone seen the sidebar transcripts yet ?? If so could someone post the links.

i too would like to see the sidebar from the day before yesterday i believe that pertained to the theory of defense. it was my understanding that kathy belich with wftv was supposed to request to transcript from the clerk but i haven't heard anything else about it in all the hoopla from yesterday,

Mark Nejame will be on MSNBC. According to his FB page he states "working on a new theory". Maybe that's what the defense is up to. Maybe they'll go with a kidnapped theory.

I'm still voting on a "Dept-of-Defense" ruling, although "witness tampering" is my second-most likely idea. Of course, there could be The Phone Logs, although I bet the Defense has those among piles and piles that they've sat on for three years, too lazy to read those.

I'm only sorry that Ashton didn't re-state to Lee all three of the events... something, like...

"So, Lee, (1) YOU reach out to the Defense team - because otherwise, that might be construed as Witness Tampering by them - it's a good thing you knew that YOU had to reach TO THEM; (2) you can remember EVERYTHING they ask without resorting to transcripts, and (3) you need transcripts before you answer anything I ask! He can say NO, but it's spelled out, very directly, very simply to the jury. A LOT of coincidence in there!

Yes I am Quoting you again, at the end of the video when Casey is coming out for the last time iirc, the hand jester she is making, (hand is loosely open) the door blocks the other hand. To me if she was standing with both hands open like that, it would mean to me that she is saying "what else can I do?" or "I don't know what else to tell you" kind of jester. jmo

Don't know that this cap I got of her leaving at that point (from a different stream at the time) helps - but seemed to me to be either the start of her creepy come hither fingers or "this much" kind of hand gesture.

I saw CA's timecard and assuming the one I looked at was correct, it makes her story even more unbelievable.

3/17 (chloroform search) 0800-1800 (10 hours)
3/18 0800-1800 (10 hours)
3/19 0830-1745 (9.25 hours)
3/20 0800-1745 (9.75 hours)
3/21 0830-1800 (9.50)

Total of 48.50 hours for one week.


Oddly enough, the following week, CA's timecard shows she worked over 9 hours every day with the exception of 3/25. In that case, she worked 0800-1300 (5 hours) PLUS 1500-1800 (3 hours) for a total of 8 hours on 3/25.

I find it very hard to believe that Gentiva supervisors routinely falsified timecards so they would not show OT but CA worked and documented OT every day except one. The day she worked 8 hours, she left work then came back to put in a total of 8 hours.

This video talks about the supposed phone call to GA regarding the pool ladder and open gate door. Phone records indicate this phone call did not happen (starting at .19 seconds in the video, timecard info after the imaginary call to GA). Her timecard is shown in the video but it's too small to read. The reporter pointed out that she worked 48.50 hours the week she said she left work early and was not allowed to document OT.

JB can't go back on the molestation, he needs KC to have been molested by both George and Lee because this is his explanation for her lying, hanging out, being normal after Cayleenso called drowned. If there is no molestation there is no excuse for her behavior.

If I were on the jury I would have been really confused by the tears shared by Casey and lee, since I was told he "followed his fathers footsteps" with the peen in her mouth.

Jose still has to show the molestation happened or something pointing to it and he has to introduce his theory of Kronk, if not all he has is an illusion which is not reasonable doubt.

Wondering why it would matter either way? They can either watch from their court seats or watch live at home. Same advantage.

I agree - I don't know that keeping them out of the court room would have mattered much - even though some form of recourse might have been applied if they had been subject to sequestration...

I don't think it is a one or the other question? Or a question with two choices and only one answer?

He hates Baez or let's just say he doesn't trust Baez and I can't see LA of all people cooperating with him.

I think LA loves his sister. But I don't believe he would assist her in walking. When Lippman has been talking about the support from the Anthony's he's specifically been talking about CA and GA. LA hasn't been mentioned. Lee is not currently employed and he has not been to court to "support" his sister at all.

We also saw Lee express his pain at the loss of Caylee, and his regret that he did not spend more time with her. So I think LA is a wild card and not a card Baez can be confident he is holding or playing.

My guess is that as it was a Friday, we wouldn't see any transcript before Monday (to be done during regular business hours...) And I am positively drooling in anticipation of it's release (we need a drool smiley).

Good question for a legal expert. Like you said, Lee was a State witness. Is it illegal to go to the other side (the defense) with "information" without letting the State know what that information is? Something that may jeapordize their case? hmmmmmmmm

He just went off into his snit about LA even having a conversation with Baez, the man who publicly stated while a couple of people watching that he wanted to follow in his father's footsteps and was already abusing his sister.

I just find the suggestion that LA would sit down and agree with this to save his sister's life - when it would completely ruin any life that LA hoped to have now or in the future. You see him explaining to every employer, to his wife and future children, friends, etc., that it was all to save his sister? Think of the implications of that.....

I also think the fact that CA appears to be writing down every little thing that goes on in that courtroom is very very wrong. The deputy should be able to take her notebook away from her everyday. The jurors have to leave thier notebooks on the their seats everday when they leave. Why is this being allowed I wonder ?
