Good morning :) Hope the trial resumes as planned today. I am still so curious about that "sealed Legal Issue". Do those things ever get "unsealed"? Or will we never know what happened?
 
O/T update:

Cheeto passed away during the night. Just too big a mountain for her little body to climb, so God called her home.

All 5 of the other kittens are doing great.

Anyone else on pins about today's court session? I've been on edge since Saturday but at least my house has had a good cleaning.

My stomach is in knots waiting for it to begin.... 95 minutes and counting
 
I've been wondering if the legal matter that halted proceedings has to do with someone being charged with perjury?

No one mentioned what it was that GA was reading as well as ICA before JA started at the podium...they had a paper in hand and then after JA made the discovery violation allegation, once again, CMason went to sidebar and brought something to view that it was strong enough to halt Saturday's trial...this after reports of raised voiced coming from the holding cell...inquiring minds want to know...:maddening:

It's my birthday too!! This is one year I was hoping no one would notice and I could just go about my business (trial watching that is) but the in-laws insisted on taking me to lunch. Wonder if they'd get too upset if I said I wanted to go to the drive-thru at McD's. :D

I'd been following Gary on Twitter. He just tweeted that he's no longer covering the Casey Anthony case. Says he's going on vacation, but... I dunno...

So sorry about Cheeto.. Hopefully Cheeto is snuggled in Caylees lap.
 
I'll have to split my time up here today. MIL and niece are arriving Weds. so I'll have to watch some of today's session on TV in the rooms I'm cleaning. I'll probably drop out of sight sometime around lunch.

(SIGH...crappy day.)
