Maybe Ann has had to come in to settle the team and remind them what the hell they should be doing. Ann should have been sitting in on the trial from the first day, I know we all know she is doing the mitigation but it is obvious they need her skill.

Ann F was to be there for the penalty phase only if ICA I'd convicted of 1st Degree Murder. Seems the DT sees the trial heading in that direction.
