It was speculated that Baez....and then also Cindy Anthony directed Hoover and Casey out to Suburban on November 15th....

Interestingly enough, this was also the exact time frame when Mark Nejame submitted his vaguely worded letter of resignation to the Anthonys and it was speculated that he caught wind of what they were doing and got the heck out of dodge!!

Gotta ask...who is Mark Nejame? Is he the same guy who tweets?

And er - umm - James Hoover speaks of an alleged "relationship" between Dominic Casey and Hoover in one of the testimonies I read that he did with the LE.

You newbies will notice there is a sense of chortling and general hilarity about this witness and the one coming up despite the seriousness of the subject. You had to have read or watched the various testimonies to get what we are chuckling about. The psychics Dominic was emailing back and forth were completely off the wall and D. Casey's PI techniques were called into question by many of us.

The real lawyers will correct me if I'm wrong; I'm only a student but there are hearsay exceptions and one might be the effect upon the listener...to explain why they did what they did.

GA and CA had already hired someone else (Dominic Casey) he checked out Hoover and said he was OK. Occasionally he used Hoover to 'help' him with some things otherwise GA and CA had Hoover around outside the house because of the protesters. On this day supposedly DC got a call from a psychic and BEFORE the meet and greet he asked Hoover to meet him at the ofc to go and look for Caylee. He did and if I remember right Hoover made this tape without Casey knowing about it at first - Casey turned around and Hoover was just taping...

That is my recollection at any rate - you can see with the similarity in name why we have ICA etc.

There is also some other stuff allegedly about CA and Dominic Casey getting close but that was never confirmed

BUT remember.....Dominic Casey was originally hired by Baez/Casey....was never paid as promised so disagreement between he and Baez ensued so D Casey then offered services (and was hired) by Anthonys....

I'm sure we would but the SA wouldn't be prosecuting with a body found. I'm sure then the A's would have certainly handled Caylee's body themselves had she been found.

Dominic Casey told Hoover that they were going to go and get Caylee - who was on Suburban drive. Where DC got that information from.......? he was working for CA/GA at the time, so we are hoping he is next up and he can tell us.

I don't expect him to tell the truth.

Yes it would be hearsay and also the DT has this said person subpoenaed but I doubt they will call them as a witness. I mean I wouldn't buy it, neither would the jury.
