MOO - JB sank the entire defense with his outlandish opening statements. The only way to distance themselves from those statements is to get him off the case. Perhaps the the jury can be told to disregard his remarks because his client fired him. :dunno:

aha, Vinnie P. says it is re: the new DP law. They want new non qualified DP jury now. That seems ridiculous. I guess DP jury is different than regular jury. WHAT IS THE NEW LAW???

It's generally believed a DP jury is more likely to convict .
