I have to agree with someone mentioning this has gone beyond just defending his client. This is personal, you can hear it in JB's voice. He personally wants GA to go down in flames.

I somewhat disagree. He doesn't care 2 figs for GA - he is just the current end to his means. I don't think he even really, personally cares for ICA.

It IS personal to Baez - for himself - because he wants to WIN.

He is, however, vindictive to anyone who has "thwarted" his little plan - GA, Kronk, Ashton, Melich, Vass. He tries desperately to score points against all of them - he fails miserably each time.

You would think someone who cares about HIM (if there would be such a misguided soul) would care enough to tell him how utterly despicable, unprepared and incompetant he comes across to the jury, and yes, the media that he wants so badly to impress. :loser:

I don't really get it either but the fact that the gas cans had duct tape on them appears to be a big deal.
