LOL - Just because Baez says he is going to rest today doesn't mean he actually will - c'mon, when has he ever kept to the timetable he says he is going to!
As another wise poster said up thread - I don't think he is quite ready to step out of his shining moment quite yet. And if he watched any shows last night, he knows they think he's made a complete mess of this defense - so I think he will be trying anything and everything today to make himself look clever - and yes, I do think ICA will insist on taking the stand.

I think he's stretching it out for as long as he can...He drones on and on to try an illicit the answer he wants. Even as he gets sustained, it's as if he didn't hear His Honor and he keeps on. Much like the energizer bunny..I do believe he just Kronked his own professional career with this atrocious theory and trial. He's unorganized, has witnesses like pop tarts instead of getting it all out once. I believe he loves to inconvenience people...he's really showing his true colors and I understand why it took 8 years for him to get his license to practice law...JMHO
