No smelling. The jurors won't even see the cans in the jury room. A big win for the DT.

Maybe. But it also may work out better for the state in the end. Too many possible bad outcomes, too risky if they had opened the cans. I think the judge did the state a favor in the end.

meh this whole thing seems like a witch hunt to me. i don't think we'll ever know the true story. the family is just as guilty as ICA

Bill S missed part of what happened in the court room and is all out of whack. He missed the whole part where JA said that someone had opened a can and was going to testify that the smell was still in the can although not quite as string as it used to be.

I don't agree....I think they should be able to look at "ALL" of the evidence. Just wrong! :banghead: I will just wait for the text that this jury will end up being a hung jury..I really have lost faith in the justice system. This whole trial by the defense was a circus and how people are allowed to just go up there and lie is wrong. Gonna start a new project..gonna lose weight and find a little sister program and use my time helping someone that really needs help. The Justice System is just corrupt IMO. :cow:

but what if a juror was color blind or legally blind? I'm not sure how that is handled in any case.

They wouldn't be selected for jury duty then. Lack of a sense of smell is not something they inquired about dury jury selection. I know, i sat through aaalllll of it! LOL

Yup. You're so right. In fairness to Jeff though, he thought the Judge was asking him a question and that's why the Judge said I know.

The defense has gotten away with a lot with this Judge including Baez being schooled many many times by Judge Perry. Stuff Baez should know as an attorney!!!

I don't have a clue if I did this right, but IF the pic loads, look just behind the water bottle, you can see the black corner of something. At one point she was looking at it, nudged the person next to her, then quickly snatched it up and put it in her lap. Wondering if JB has a second blackberry, possibly she slid it into the huge notebook that she placed back up on the table.

Suzi, it was about her computer records at work, not cell records and they are in!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It was a nail biter there for several minutes!!!!!!!!! The defense has the day to review them but they are coming in!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
