can someone tell JEan C on HLN that maybe the jury didn't take notes during Gentiva testimony is that most all discussed is on paper and is in evidence to be reviewed. Im tired of her insinuation that this testimony is "no big deal" to the jury

If they recall Cindy I don't think they would tear her to shreds given she has a very sympathetic person as the grieving grandma. The SA has proved she was at work. I think it could turn off the jury if they get her up there and badger her about lying for Casey. She already broke down on the stand once.
