I checked and you are right! I had my screen enlarged. I just reset it and now I see three things: the entire ABC thingy, up/down arrows, and the adjust editor mode symbols. Thank you. Mystery solved. :crazy:

I've seen that on the lawyer thread as well but I've also seen lawyers on TV completely disagreeing with that so I'm really confused.

I believe I've read contradicting statements on the subject of whether the defense theory has to come from the attorney, the defendant or both on the lawyers thread here, unless I don't understand it. I'm really confused as well!

I saw Lippman on a show last week and he said that this molesting allegation and the comments that Baez said in his opening did not come from Casey. That Baez had come up with that all on his own.

The Talkshow Host said "whoa there now, that is a very serious allegation. What proof do you have of that?" (I'm trying to remember who it was. For some reason I'm thinking it was Greta or Judge Pirro )

Lippman then backtracked a bit and said well, the Anthony's believe it did not come from Casey.

That made me think right then that he can not say that if it did not come from Casey (or at least is not supposed to)

Since I finally went and did some grocery shopping today I decided to pay homage to the Velveeta cheese and discovered that it is shelved far far away from the coolers.

Also I stopped by the Pop Tarts to thank them for their service and was absolutely shocked to see how many flavor choices there are now, including a whole series of ice cream flavored Pop Tarts.

I worked the last 2 days and spent most of my day thinking about this case and one thing I wondered,when all is said and done and ICA is sentenced to whatever she gets,will CA and GA ever seek out Roy Kronk and THANK him for finding Caylee's remains so she could be properly laid to rest?I just can't imagine that they would have never wanted to know where she was.I always have thought that if she was found by Dominic that they would have gotten rid of her,but how could you do that to someone you loved?

CA seems to be a selfish/self-serving person to me, so no I don't think Roy Kronk will be thanked like he SHOULD be. JMO

Should they thank RK -- absolutely, Will they -- no I doubt it.
With all this publicity and everyone talking about perjury charges against CA I am guessing that they will not want any more public scrutiny and they will try to disappear from our sight.

If they (or at least CA) were already aware of what ICA did and Dominic found the remains I think you are right that they might have had a private burial (not unlike their pets).

Well now... that says an awful lot about Lippman, doesn't it? When he first came on the scene he seemed like a decent sort of guy. As with anything associated with CA, I've changed my mind. I guess he's getting paid to say whatever CA pays him to say. That is, if he is getting paid at all. Or maybe he's just another in a long line wanting to get his name before the public. I should be surprised at how many are willing to sell their souls to the devil for a few bucks or a moment or two of fame - but I'm not. Not surprised, but disappointed in humanity.
