That is a story you would never want a jury to hear. They would think it was a little kid sitting across from them all way down low in that chair.

I remember a tweet during the trial, that the jury had quit looking at KC at some point...and I thought, at the time, that the jury was sick of her and thought she was guilty...I sure read that one wrong!

Did these jurors not pay attention at all??? Most 22 yr. old women lie about having a job?? Steal from anyone and everyone? Make up people to cover lies?

arghhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!! Just never mind. None of these jurors will ever convince me that they truly believe what they are parroting to the media. I'm not buying that all of them, alt. jurors included, are this completely clueless.

One of the THs really needs to follow up with your excellent retort the next time a juror uses the normal 22 year old answer.

It is really strange to me that Nancy Grace does not say anything about how this guy is on her show releasing private patient information.

This has to be a move by the defense and HLN and Nancy Grace are making themselves part of it.

I bet it is an attempt to make her seem human and not a psychopath or nut she really is.

Oh and listen at the 4:39 mark he even talks about what is in the reports the court has sealed.

Bill O was just interviewing the FL state senator that introduced it he talked about the ages and reporting times 2 hrs for accidental death and 48 hours missing under 12 yrs old IIRC. Getting these type of laws passed in all 50 states is tuff is why I pointed it out. Bill gets really crazy when states and judges fail children. Not just acting crazy like NG but like sending reporters to track down the Judges and ask them why they did something stupid like letting a child molester loose. In fact he has NG on once in a blue moon.

There is no way NG would allow anyone to say anything that might humanize Casay, if she could help it. She cut off Jesse Grund, I think it was, when he started to say that Cindy was abusive toward Casey, she was not gonna have it.

Then what do you think Nancy Grace and Jose are up to? She had a hired gun shrink from the defense team on her show, never told anyone he was on there because Jose said he could be and then she never called BS on anything he said?

Jose gave Nancy a taste of the candy with this dr. There is more to come.

Why didn't Nancy say he was a specialist in PTSD?

I have no idea how this Dr. can discuss these things, but face it, he didn't really say anything. Just spin. We know she was found competent, as she is competent. As far as saying he found no personality disorder, well KC did not need to sign a release to say nothing I'm guessing.

He merely stated the normal things they test for which is common knowledge.

Bet the State Dr.s found a personality disorder. :crazy:

I agree this seems like more spin from the defense team. I am no psychiatrist but I know a lot about personality disorders having a family member with one and a degree in psychology. He has got to be kidding me that she does not meet the criteria for any of them. IMO If you look at the criteria for Personality Disorders in the DSM you will see that many of the behaviors she exhibits are textbook! I would like to see what the state's Dr. found, do you have a link or post where I can find this.

Now 'aint that somethin'.....ICA is normal, no problems. That leads me to conclude that ICA has no mental instability to blame for her intolerable lies and actions. It would mean that ICA was fully aware of what she was telling to LE, friends and family. So what this indicates to me is, ICA was not influenced by any mental incapacity or personality disorder whatsoever. ICA performed for 31 days and the following months until her daughters skeleton was found, of her own free will. JMO of course but I would rather people think I was bat chit crazy than to think I was evil, cold and cruel. Not very good spin if you ask me.JMO.

He would need consent to make any statement as to her evaluation or diagnosis. She still has HIPAA law protection and he's supposed to follow the APA Codes of Ethics. Presumably, he got signed consent to release this information.

Of course. #1. He is a DT Dr. so his report would be what the DT wanted anyway. #2. This is just the DT PR spin to "rehabilitate" ICA in the public's eyes. Good luck with that!

What gets me are the jurors who say, "We know she did it, the state just didn't prove it." Obviously if they KNOW she did it, the state did prove it. I don't understand how they can have it both ways.
