Advice to the jurors:
Go STFD and STFU.....please.
That juror #3 claims she won't run away crying and scared...yet she's in sunglasses and has cried.
More double talking...BS. And the NO proof claim.. that they mulled, mulled.... over...10 whole... long hours<enter sarcasm>..is just dumb...go away.
Juror #3 claims they believed Caylee was in the trunk..but they don't know who put her there..perhaps the last person... she was seen alive with..since the nanny did NOT exist.
Just saw her speaking on in session. ugh..just ugh...

Since her story is unfounded I'm afraid it will make people sympathetic to casey. Wendy should stop. It will turn more people to casey as opposed to away. People should stick with the known facts of the case and continue to discuss the true circumstances of the case so the public does not forget and is not swayed away from the reality of the investigation. Wendys story will only make it look like a witchhunt for "poor casey" and redeem her in the publics eyes as a target of false allegations.

I've seen her ranting about this theory of hers for a while now, and no one on these $$%$^ shows ever challenges her, even asks her where her "info" comes from. The hosts of these shows, JVM mainly for WM I think, are so irresponsible, if they are going to let their guests throw things like this out, they need to question them about their sources or facts. Obviously, what she is saying is very controversial and ear-catching and no doubt will draw in some believers, thinking that OC hid the real facts behind Caylee's death in order to prevent some exposure, or link to someone "important", for example.

On another note, can someone tell me what or who "Rosebud" is or what that means? I can't find a thread, and nothing when I google...thanks.

Its just my opinion but I think this jury being together so long it was easier to influence them and make them come around to there thinking.It better for a jury to go home away from the influence everyday. I still believe they talked about this case after court everyday.I keep seeing would you like them to convict on emotion and not evidence but they did actually that. They didnt look at the evidence they ignored it and went all on emotion to come to their verdict. I also noticed there answers in the interviews are what they think the public wants to here. I have no doubt they have been reading about what people are saying about them. Them coming out more and more is making it worse not better.

BBM I know I am SUPER late with response here, but life called and just getting back. I truly believe what I bolded here! Wonder if we have ANY recourse, I guess not. I really want someone to tell that jury what they did wrong!

Still, I think she is really just exploiting the interest in this case with these sensationalist and groundless assertions. She knows there will be a portion of the public who will believe it without evidence.

I'm not saying these things *couldn't* be true. However, there would have to be some HUGE evidence that has been kept back. Because we all have read every last police interview and search warrant and deposition and lab report that has been released under the Sunshine Law, and there is no pattern that would suggest what she wants to say.

Yes, there are loose ends and unanswered questions, and things could be construed to mean particular things. But right now, with what we currently have access to, there is no basis, in my mind, for giving this "theory" any credence whatsoever.

And to add to what you have written YM said all photos have been released. I always pay attention when I hear the words " kiddie *advertiser censored*", so she did have my attention and I was concerned until I listened to the PC yesterday. YM calmed my worries, I trust him!

Um, yeah. I don't think DCS had much compassion. Play acting is not compassion. And neither is acting like you won a big contest. If any of them had real compassion or really thought she was innocent, they wouldn't have partied like they did.

DCS is having her 15 minutes and in this time period she is trying to rebuild herself or rather rebrand herself after defending ICA.

Compassion isn't what the jury system is built on DCS. Give it up!

Same thing with the jurors - time to quit trying to defend their undefensable behavior as jurors. :twocents:

These two words make me very angry. FCA needs protection??? Really? Caylee is the one who needed protection, and FCA is the one who should have given it to her!!!! Now, what, poor little innocent victim FCA needs to be protected. I wonder why is FCA still in protective custody? Since she was set free of murdering Caylee isn't she in jail for only lieing? Why do those charges grant her protection? OK I need to take deep breaths and think KARMA LOL

We shall see how much compassion Ms. S has when a client goes to her for help and she won't get the money from the State of Florida to defend them.

This is when Ms. S should show how compassionate she can be and do the work pro bono.

I would like to see Casey treated the same as every other ex-felon. She should be escorted to the gate of the jail, wearing the shirt that she bought with stolen money from Amy, and given a nice little kick in the rear towards the throngs of people ready to have her head :great:

She may change her name and her appearance but the best predictor of future behavior is past behavior (thank you Dr. Phil) She will crave the attention good or bad and will be unable to remain in the shadow.
