HOW could he say she was NOT a negligent parent? She stole from friends and family on a regular basis--dragged her toddler around while she pretended to go to work. Sat in cars or random apts hiding from her parents. And THAT is not negligent?

SO HE TAKES HER WORD FOR IT???????????lol So he is using Casey as as his basis for the conclusion????? He DID get sucked into that vortex, didn't he?

To add more to my own message.... I feel like we are watching Rosemary's Baby or something with a coven of witches running this whole shebang on her side. Even the verdict seems other worldly and evil.

How come EVERYONE associated with this case is so weird??? I can't believe how odd this Dr. Krop looks? Whats with that hairdo?? Is that his real hair? And whats on his neck? I know I have to be kind here but even the doctor is odd. And then he says there is nothing at all wrong with her????

Dr. K: if she had engaged in behavior jury found guilty of, it would b out of character for what i learned about her parenting, and her lack of history of violence...

If you want to see CA enabling ICA just watch the jail video where she asks her about Caylee's photo taken in the apartment with the drum set. ICA had always told her it was Zanny's apartment, but CA has since found out it was actually Ricardo's.
CA asks her "Whose apartment was that photo taken at" - ICA hesitates,trying to get a feel for whether CA knows the truth or not - CA then says, giving ICA a bit more time to come up with a lie "and I know whose apartment it is '- so then ICA realizing the gig is up says Oh that was actually at Ricardo's apartment, the layout is similar.
CA knows absolutely that she has just lied about it,and she enabled her to do it. Those two are so alike.

Watching that video again, I had an entirely different take this time. I think Cindy was trying to get Casey to talk in Casey code ("Casey is telling us in her own way")

Cindy knew it was Ricardo's apartment ("I know who's apartment that is, so tell me, is it Zanny's?") Cindy was trying to find out if Zanny=Ricardo or someone close to him.

Just my two cents this time around.

His diagnosis is 'immaturity.'

I know immature kids her age. And they may lie a bit here and there, may smoke some bud, skip work to go the beach, forget to call when they are not coming home....the usual immature behavior of 22 and 23 yr olds.

BUT NOT REPORTING A MISSING TODDLER? That is a sign of immaturity? Really?

Just did some looking back to refresh my memory....

Dr Krop first visited with KC in February of 2011. Prosecution then filed motion to depose the good doctor, at which point Baez immediately WITHDREW his name from witness list....

Sorry! I got too angry to type out my true thoughts!

The psychologist that "assessed" Casey spent a whopping 20 hours with her and stated there was no sociopathy, etc. I don't think 20 hours comes close to the amount of time that is needed for a proper diagnosis.

And as the good doctor himself admitted, he only spoke to her during a time when she had been in solitary confinement for almost three years. He stated she did NOT exihibit any of the behaviors or mannerisms AT THAT TIME that he has seen on jail videos, etc...so his diagnosis (or lack of) was NOT based on ALL he knew about her....just her behavior, etc DURING that 20 hours...

How the heck would that shrink KNOW if she was a negligent parent or not? Did he ever SEE her around her kid? NO.

All he knows is what CASEY TOLD HIM. And she said that she USED TO BE immature. And he believes it. End.Of.Story.
