It seems you are saying that KM believes CWW is responsible for her granddaughter's death, but the part you circled talks about "killing" KM's daughter, who would be AW. Am I misunderstanding you and being too literal?

It's always been reported that AW's daughter died from MRSA. Now I am reading, via the affidavit, that it was due to an overdose.
It seems as though CW may have introduced her to a drug dealer.
Also, I think it's been redacted, but it looks like KM may believe that CW was responsible for her granddaughter's death (see 2nd screen shot) for introducing her to a drug dealer. JMO

At first I read it as the detective was trying to get KM's instinct about whether or not SHE believes CWW killed TS. And KM says "I would hope and pray not, because it would **kill my daughter, because she believes everything Wayne says.

** remember reading that words are rushed and not completely accurate (or something like that)

BUT after re-reading again, I see what you are referring to. And that's a very good catch irish!
It says ~ Does WW have anymore friends besides Mark? Then KM says yeah, that's the one he sent Chelsea to..Det then says Did Chelsea die in his house
Sounds like a drug dealer to me!

I don't see KM mentioning her granddaughter being killed by CWW in this statement. You may be putting things together in a way I'm not seeing, but I just see KM indicating an emotional "killing" of AW (possibly when she sees the truth about what CWW has done?).

It may well be that KM does blame CWW for her granddaughter's death because he put her in touch with the drug dealer, but I don't see her expressing that in this particular statement that you circled. But if you read it differently, that's fine. I mainly wanted to clarify that the "daughter" being referred to is AW, not KM's granddaughter.

Hi am with you on thinking JL might have some memory issues, but are they self made ones. One one hand, and we don't have benefit of video to get the full feeling context here, but I felt like this guy must be pretty sharp to have these various businesses, seems to be making big dough, finds a tool for CWW on Ebay but acts a little clueless with his phone and computer. I think he was being evasive and I am not sure why. It may be he was totally truthful but didn't want to get into that gray area of making assumptions or seeing things in hindsight now that CWW was being investigated. I do think he was telling the truth but for better lack of words also trying to play dumb so as not to in any way implicate CWW in anything.

And I do feel he was trying to look like a real good guy, all the things he did for CWW. The "employment", knowing that he needed money. I just got this vibe when I read this transcript of "who is zooming who" in their arrangements. Was JL getting a really good deal on labor or was CWW getting a lot of on his end? He seemed to want the investigator to know how good he was to CWW and really felt for them. Maybe there are other things CWW did for him that he would not want them to be aware of unrelated to the murder.

I also got the feeling that some of his confusion might have been feigned. Plus there were questions that he just did not answer.

Regarding "other things CWW may have done for him", wasn't TSH telling police that prior to the death trip JRR had said he was going to Florida to steal antiques with CWW? Wonder where JRR came up with that story from?

IMO there are a lot of stolen items that end up getting sold by small time "antique dealers" and "flea marketers".

Unless I'm mistaken, this is the first I have seen in this case where the search warrant request includes the line for discussions/forum messages/search attempts, retrieval or recovery in any of the warrants :thinking:

What's the point of destroying the phone due to evidence, but saving the sim card? Isn't that where all the evidence is stored?
