What the hell did they do to her pets? If they locked them in the trunk of the rental car, wouldn't that just attract attention if one of them started barking? Why lock them in the car rather than in another part of the house, or the back yard? I can't imagine how Teresa must've felt if she got home and the dogs she loved so much weren't there.

Hmm, well then I have no idea, but the two locations are only 68 miles apart according to google maps driving directions, so perhaps a side trip for dinner or special toothpicks.

I'm thinking it was transfer. From the dogs.. to their clothing.. to the trunk and passenger compartment. Not that the animals were in it.

1.) I've been offline a few weeks, so starting from the beginning of this thread. What I do not understand is why in the world CWW & JR would still be there with TS in the house at 810am??? TS' body was 'cold & 1/2 the blood had dried already' (according to Dr P). I would think CWW & JR would want to 'kill & skiddadle' ------- why in the world would they want to put themselves at such high risk by fiddling with the exterior of the S home garage at 810am?? Surely it was bright & sunny (it's Fla !). Also, for sure we know now that CWW & JR murdered TS earlier in the night - - - what the heck would CWW & JR DO in the house for 5,6 hours????? It makes NO sense to me.

2.) I also kinda wonder if CWW & JR were NOT AT ALL understanding that MS' mother was stopping in every morning --- surely if they knew that they would NEVER risk leaving there just 15 mins. prior to 'grandma S' showing up to feed the dogs !!!

This is IMO only: From what CWW's bride told the detective about her being with CWW & MS & splattered 'happy drunk' alone with the 2 of them (that's how I see her behaving ------- I'm guessing that based on all the wedding pics' of her the next day ....), IMO only, the WAY in which she replied to the detective AND WHAT SHE CHOSE TO SAY lead me to believe that bride does indeed remember what happened the nite prior to her wedding but claims 'booze haze' IMO only. IMO what went down was something 'like' a wild bachelor's party................ only bride-to-be was playing the part of 'the bachelor'. IMO only.

4.) About the SIM card matter: Here is a link that says text messages would NOT be in the SIM card unless the user took some special action to have that happen (my guess is with some App'). http://www.ebay.com/gds/SIM-Card-Guide-/10000000177629426/g.html I happen to know about SIM cards somewhat because I used wallymart straightttalk & you had to fiddle around with a SIM card.

5.) Yes, I see how law enforcement does NOT have enough evidence on MS to arrest him - at this point law enforcement feels MS could easily & REASONABLY be found NOT GUILTY by a jury -- sure makes sense. The STRONGEST evidence that I am learning from this thread about MS is that MS stopped paying the 'regular bills' in 2013, BUT MS made sure he kept paying month after month after month for all that various insurance on T's life. That happened in a case here in Mpls. last summer - police had the 'life insurance' evidence (a dad out of work seeing to it he paid every month for $50K life ins. on his 10 y old son...), but police had a huge pile more of very good evidence, nailing that 'dad' down to the scene of the crime, time of crime, etc., etc....

I think LE is covering all bases for where cell communication to/from MS could have occurred June 28 and June 29.

Re July 23, 2015 Search Warrant for cell tower dump records:
MS might have initially told LE that on June 28 & 29 he was in NY at the rented country house on the lake for the family reunion for TS’s mother’s birthday –
80 Waterview Trail, New Windsor NY
NOTE – July 23, 2015 Search Warrant appears to have erroneous dates of May 28 and May 29. This has been previously discussed here on WS as a likely error whereby the listed dates on the Search Warrant should be June 28 and June 29.

Re August 19, 2015 Search Warrant for cell tower dump records:
LE perhaps found out that MS and remaining family left the NY lake house on Sunday June 28 and went to TS’s mother’s house in CT that evening through the morning of July 29 –
18 Tibbets Road, Seymour CT

I think by sharing, they may mean that AW and CWW used each other's phones to send and receive messages. For example, CWW may have used AW's phone to send messages to MS or JR. So even though the phone number was technically AW's, CWW used it. AW doesnt strike me as technologically knowledgable. But after reading that doc dump, I do believe she definitely knows a lot more than she has admitted to the police. I think CWW took (and has continued to take) advantage of her.

BBM. I don't think the May 28th 11:30PM to 3AM on May 29th is a typo. The NY address is available to rent as a vacation type home, so maybe MS stayed there, or someone else that he spoke with stayed there. Probably just a coincidence but I noticed the NY address is associated with a medical company, Ondamed. http://services-ny.necomps.com/new-windsor/ondamed-inc/ And the company specializes in biofeedback and anti-aging treatments.

ETA: I just went back and actually looked at #4416 and maybe it is a typo, text left over in a form used prior. The font is the same as the font in #4625 (August 2015), covering the same time period for towers in Bonita Springs.

I am just so confused. #4422 "On Saturday June 27, 2015 at 2:17PM, Mark texted Curtis, no need to call me. Hope ur having a nice day. There is no response from Curtis. There is then no contact between either party until June 30, 2015 when Curtis texted Mark saying he heard about the murder and that he and Angela would be en route to Florida."

So if, the typo was corrected to state 11:30PM-3AM June 29th, #4422 can't be completely true. LE might not want to reveal knowledge of the burners?

ETA: Keep in mind the officers would have access to form "sample" search warrant requests. So the one for "phone records of a third party" might contain this type of information as the language a judge would expect to see.

I wonder if LE was relying on MF's statement (alone or in part) regarding AW using CWW's cell phone. In that case, kind of makes sense why LE wouldn't get specific in a warrant affidavit for AW's phone, right?

TS’s step-brother in CT died June 21, 2015. Funeral services were Thursday June 25, 2015 in Milford, CT. TS and MS did not attend apparently.
