Yes that is exactly correct. It was stated in the document they were looking for communications between conspirators about alibis. Within the many subpoenas they were saying communication before and after the murder. Suspect #1=CWW in Florida, and MS up north.

WOW Thank you ATL and nif. I completely missed this deal with the burner phones being used sometime during that weekend. I figured they had to be still using burners, because how else would CWW KNOW that the house was already unarmed when they came back that Sunday night? I knew they went in TS's house at 6:09 that morning by accessing the code. Either MS had already given him the code, or MS unarmed it himself remotely. Another thing MS didn't think of was the Security Co. being able to confirm that 6:09am unarming. I'm sure he told CWW to leave it unarmed to further confuse his own mother. She was sure she armed it correctly Sat. afternoon (which she DID) but by her coming back Sunday morning and finding it UNARMED, she assumed she did it wrong. So now, to make sure she got it right Sun. afternoon, she calls her son, who tells her to forget about it. The SOB didn't tell her why though did he? I feel so sorry for BS, she felt like it was all her fault. All the victims MS has left in his wake for the almighty dollar. SMH

I love how in document dump #3...They went through photographs going through the entire coding /errors /set etc. on the alarm and showed us that they could see that in the memory!

I'll refrain from posting screenshots of that is I assume everybody has seen those.

I bet that info was contained in either emails or texts downloaded from MS's primary phone. I can't think of how they could have accessed data via any other source by the date of the raid/interviews (July 12th). .

I remember this and the wording confused me. At first I read it as they were talking about her but then I thought about it a bit and think the detective may have been suggesting that they were keeping the murder from her. "Talk behind you" to me means they were keeping nefarious plans from her that could change her life if they are caught, not necessarily talking smack about her personally? What do you guys think? Odd wording imo

ETA: I have no doubt in my mind that she now knows that her husband is a cold blooded killer. Yet she still chooses to lie for him.....Also, the thumb down at the top of my post was for my eta, not Scout's post (I'm still learning)

Good thought, bobbywoo. IDK, I tend to interpret it like Scout but mainly because of the detective's first sentence leading in...."I want to be your everything and I want you to be mine. And they say to you, 'Yes, I do'." Sounds like he was giving her fair warning that they had evidence that she would be hurt to discover.

I don't know though.... food for thought.

I interpreted it the way Scout did when I heard it, but now that I see it written down I think he was just saying that her husband was planning the murder behind her back.

I commented the other day about the genius of Lebid's interrogation of AW. In addition to being tough with her, I should have mentioned how sympathetic he was at times. Do I find it possible that MS and CWW were talking smack about AW? Absolutely--you can practically read it in their faces in the wedding photos where they're hoisting her between them. She told Lebid she "didn't remember" having sex with MS the night before the wedding! Can there be much doubt those two men are essentially gang members sharing "booty?" Recall that there is a similar photo of CWW and JR with TSh captioned something like "it was a very good night." These are men loyal to each other, who like women they can victimize. AW should realize that and tell what she knows before, as Lebid warned, she goes to jail.

I have a teensy tiny sliver of empathy for AW. But... per CR's interview she was always gone out drinking when her kids were growing up, per her OWN MOTHER she's a lying liar who lies. She puts the safety and well being of her own children and grandchildren at risk to hold on to CWW, again per her own mother. I understand and empathize low self esteem. The death of two children must be horrific to go through. But I think I'd get my priorities straight in that situation. Why worry about CWW, he brings nothing to the table. Not even a t shirt. I go back and forth between feeling sorry for her and wanting to smack some sense into her. Ha. JMO.
