I'm having trouble with investigators' statements that the crime scene was staged earlier in the day. When the killers turned off the alarm at 6:09 am using Bonnie Sievers's code, they ran the risk of her walking in on them if they spent time then staging the scene. They should have known from Mark that she would be stopping by that morning and late afternoon to tend to the pets. She had noticed on an earlier visit that the cat had apparently knocked over a basket of Teresa's cosmetics in the bathroom. I think she would have noticed that morning or afternoon if someone had done some crime scene staging at some point that day. I can't figure out what makes investigators think the scene had been staged prior to the murder.

Maybe it was done between BS last visit in the evening and before TS got home.

I always thought the early morning "malfunction" of the alarm was just a test / set-up so that BS would assume (and tell LE) that it had been acting up that weekend or thinking that LE might interpret it as an attempted break-in that morning but scared off by BS? Only to return again later and encounter TS. Bad MS for sticking his mom in this position.

Thanks creepingskills, I completely missed that yesterday. Odd just laying out there in the middle of nowhere.

I can not get the picture posted that is the list of the evidence collected by LE. It is in- img01082016_0032-... it says drugs/paraphenalia....any ideas on this ?

Wasn't there marijuana in a safe?

Does someone have diabetes or something Lots of needles, forgot the pic

I must be an oddball because my late husband and I kept 3 of those big water jugs in our walk-in closet! There was one for pennies, one for silver change, and one for paper bills. It was to be for our retirement cruise. Sadly, we never got to go on that cruise.

As for the crime scene photos, I know photos taken of any and everything at a crime scene may not all be used as potential evidence, but I just bet you that LE may have slipped some into the release that were meant for MS to see. Just my opinion and thoughts, of course.

I imagine smoke is still coming out of MS's ears knowing we are all looking at the crime scene photos and the inside of HIS house.

By this time MS would have been living the rich life of a millionaire had it gone the way he, CWW, and JR planned it! They NEVER imagined they would be in the spots they are in today!
May they all get what is coming to them!

MOO

CWW might turn on MS to keep AW from going to prison?
Oh PAULIE:loveyou:, (you?) I know he doesn't give a hoot about ANGELA, except for her family to buy groceries and supply him with an ALIBI. Let us not forget his "wife-to-be was prolly handed over on the eve of her wedding" and the planning of the murder was made throughout their "honeymoon." Ya' know....he had to say, "Later Honey", I just got a call from "my brother from another Mother" and need to attend to business. Angela's family was paying for cell phones and groceries....his current accommodations don't require either! She was "proud to be married to him" but I don't think the feelings were reciprocated. Some women confuse "sexual gratification, lust and cushy financial gain" for true love. As in, I truly love your family providing for us.
So far, the only accurate words spoken were by Ed Moran, "I never trusted the S.O.B."

My own sidebar comment, "CWW has no honor."

If anyone has been able to enhance the last few pics of the alarm control pad to make the display readable, I'd be grateful if you could post them here. They are Bates #29189-29192.

We also have one of those huge water jugs filled with $$. I don't think we're weird but??? Ours is in our closet and our 3 year old knows if she finds change to put it in there. It has "folding money" in it as well. The last time we emptied it out we went to France...

I bbmed your funny.

It's in your closet. Not out in the open. I have a cartoon pic in my head of MS w/smoke coming out ears. Or is it CWW? Ha! It's both!

I wonder if CWW and MS ever did that mirror skit together - y'know the one on I Love Lucy with Lucy and Harpo Marx...

I'm really surprised at the poor quality of the photographs. I'm sure they have a decent camera, probably one that's so hard to figure out the lowly crime scene tech has no idea how to operate it. Today there are great cameras that take excellent pics in automatic mode (they're called bridge cameras). I know because I own one of them. It's only a $500 camera but the thing adjusts to pretty much whatever situation you are in. The other thing I would think they would teach them to do is to first take a pic of the overall scene, then zoom in for the details. A lot of those pics you can't tell where they were taken in context to the area that they're in. And the lighting. How hard would it be to get some light on the subject?

Really? I missed that. Any idea where it is?

I don't recall page number, but it was in the transcript of her interview. He was trying to get her to realize that the real CWW isn't the man she thinks he is and doesn't deserve her protection. I'll look for it and post what I find.

Sgt Lebid to AW: "When you find out about someone you love and you trust, and you’ve paired your life with them and said, "I wanna be your everything and I want you to be mine." And they say to you, "Yes, I do." But then, when they’re not around you, or they go outta their way to talk behind you in -- in ways that you wouldn't know about, through different communication techniques, and they talk to their friend and they make plans -- then they make permanent choices for other people’s lives."

Agree. The photos don't meet the standards taught in crime scene photography.

How on earth did anybody ever think that this would be taken as anything other than deliberate and planned murder? Nothing was stolen except a life. Tons of visible cash, new computer equipment, new camera, multiple tvs, swords, gun safes, random ammunition, guns, holy cow. It just gets weirder the more photos I see.

I mention 'new' equipment because they're curiously devoid of dust and look completely out of place amongst the rest of the home things.

Yes, one of the pics of an open safe shows a clear sandwich bag which appears to contain marijuana or at least something that looks like it.
