3:45 am cops search georges trunk

I thought the same thing. I did a search yesterday and LA's address is less than 1 mile from his parents home.

The more I think about that the more interesting it becomes! There was no mention of his place in any of the docs they have released.....things that make you go hummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.

Longtime lurker first time poster, please be gentle. I am not in anyway knowledgeable about the laws in FL. If the phones in the Anthony home are tapped, doesn't the family know? And if they DO know, why would any of they say anything incriminating on those phones? If I remember correctly, they even had a tap on Scott Peterson's cell when he was calling Amber Frey from "The Eiffel Tower" (when he was really at one of Laci's Vigils).

Also, what is this "wedge" that everyone is talking about, and why is it so important? Again, newbie, so please go easy on me...

Wecome Gwen! In the Peterson case, Amber's phone was tapped to get information from Scott and Amber did an awesome job for a young girl who was dealing with a sociopath who killed his pregnant wife. :blowkiss: to Amber for that so I hope I have kisses to blow to someone else soon in this case.

Why does he put Hopespring Dr as his address on everything even on the 400 page documents..........something seems a little fishy!

Most likely they haven't done a search there. We would have heard about the search warrant. Which btw, they would need probable cause that indicated that Lee had some type of involvement or evidence in order to get the warrant.

Can't explain it, just a gut feeling. That waivered a little as LE has come up with evidence, and I started to sway, but now I'm back to "she is alive". Nothing to back it up except my personal feeling.

All logic tells me she is no longer with us and then in the wee hours of the morning that little voice inside my head goes to work me telling me 'nooo, she has got to be alive.'

No logical reason for me thinking she is alive, just that little voice than I can't shut off.

I think I have that contagious disease....Anthonyitus. It's a bad case of denial. After all these weeks I still can't/or maybe my mind doesn't want to wrap my mind around the fact that a mom with all she had on her side would do something so horrific.

My little voice is telling me I need another cuppa.

I asked that yesterday and couldnt get a straight answer from anyone...I'm wondering if he doesnt live there, why arent media camped out @ his place too?

Lee testified that he took a job where they offered residential housing so he moved out of the home. I would guess the reason they are not camped out there is due to their security.

A lot of people use their parents' home for a permanent address so I do not find that unusual.

I just wanted to add in that just because it is GA's car doesn't mean he is the only one who drive it. My husband consistently uses my car, and I use his truck if I need to do something like shopping and need more room than my trunk.

I sort of have those same feelings.
My mind tells me that precious little Caylee is no longer alive, but my heart keeps hoping for a miracle!
It is too heart wrenching to think about what happened to Caylee, it is beyond our imagination to even go there.

Casey never realized she was blessed with a Gift from God. A precious Gift!

Why charge her now? They've got all the time in the world to look for a body. And charged her now would mean they'd have to go to court in 150 days right? Maybe they don't want to be pressured on time?

I'm no-one special, but sometimes wierd things happen. I'll think of someone, and all of sudden they are there, whether at work or home. I think of someone, and the phone rings and it's that person. It's very wierd. I just don't believe she is dead. I don't feel like it's denial with me; I'm pretty honest but I don't know how to explain it other than it's what's in my gut.

Well we haven't been sleeping so why should Casey? Maybe LE wants Casey to realize she shouldn't be resting quite so comfortably at night !! So they come in the middle of the night.. wake em up and catch em all off guard. Hey, I am betting even Casey would lose sleep after being woken up to a search by LE in the wee hours.

Well, there's one way to look at it. The other way is with the uproar that occurred at the home last Friday night, all the "Casey/grandmother" supporters appear to have come out in full force this week and one could link that activity with Casey's re-arrest then played out live to Nancy Grace viewers in prime time. Jose Baez made the statement that the reason that occurred the way it did was LE was trying to make his client "look bad." I would imagine LE is taking this into account when doing such a thing as they did last night. Besides, the last times there were searches the family was informed ahead of time and I wonder if this was any different.

Thanks, I haven't prepared myself because I can't that feeling or I'm not getting that feeling. I need solid proof that she is deceased before I believe it.

Look at Elizabeth Smart. Look at the Ramsey's - they were attacked forever, until Mrs. Ramsey passed away and then they were cleared I believe.

LE decided right away the Ramsey's were guilty and refused to ever let any other evidence deter that thinking. IMO there is so much we do not know about this case and all the leaks are only bad ones towards the Anthony's and of course never are we shown any real proof, only this one said that or this one said this, sources said this or that, etc. If in fact all these sources and leaks are right, prove them or quit letting them leak. It does not help if there is ever a trial for murder (if there was a murder or it she is ever charged with murder) except poison the jury pool and do we really want a justice system that can convict in the media BEFORE there is even an arrest for murder as in this case?

I read so much about this family from people who do not know them yet they are so sure they know their every thought and deed. Where did they get those crystal balls? Yes Casey lies but we do no know the reasons but so many THINK they have her all figured out without ever meeting her. I certainly can't understand Casey's actions with her partying after Caylee was missing but I am not in her shoes or can read her mind. Cindy and George may lie too and again we do not know the reason. They do not want to believe their granddaughter is dead and therefore they are vilified too. I just can't understand why so many want to knock others down when they are at their lowest and need a little understanding. IF in the end they are found guilty of whatever what harm has it done to have been nice to them rather than nasty and accusing? These people who are "protesting" what useful purpose does it gain? Do they really think they are so powerful that Casey will "confess" to them because they are acting like jerks?? The main person in this situation is Kaylee and all this hate and accusations towards her mother or grandparents does nothing to find her IMO.

In Florida you have to do a change of address on your drivers license within 10 days of moving...it is illegal not to do so and illegal to use an address other than your own physical address here in this state.

Man..you can't even sleep without something going on in this case. Unbelievable. IMO someone tipped them. It's like they knew where they were going in his car and grabbed what they needed...fishy. I certainly hope someone is talking..it's about time we bring this princess home.
