The pain he caused so many is all I keep thinking about. Especially his own family.
The sickness of his thinking..and how he willingly embedded it within his own children. What damage the courts did in awarding him custody so many years ago is the true travesty.

Longstanding sexual deviant - voyeurism . . . unaddressed led to lots of problems. do not know what SP effect had on his son and appreciation of women. Cheatham was invited into the house - there was trust. Here are little girls minding own business usingbathroom and creepy neighbor videotaping. History in last 10 years in Pierce Co. was 261 days . . . State asking for 9 times more - that is excessive. Notarity of case is bit of concern. Substantial public interest . . . something above standard range

30 months in custody - up to 36 months community custody with conditions - adopt all standard 1-8 and 10-18 and 19 (over defense objection no permission for using internet without permission) no indication of mental health issues, he will have to comply with sexual deviancy, adopt 21 and 22 is broad but will adopt it at this time with priviso CCO having discretion - cameras and camcorders. Trial costs $2000, plus other costs.

concurrently - count 1,2,3,4,5,6 8, 9, 11, 12, 13 & 14. 30 months on each count concurrent for each 12 counts. cannot exceed 60 months total. asking if judge meant to strike count #9 as well?

At least some of those counts should be consecutive. If they can't do that then all of them need to be consecutive. This guy is a major perv. They should keep him off the streets as long as possible. :maddening:
