I would have never read about this case had it not been on the front page so yeah to whomever did that!

This story is interesting. I can't believe he hasn't had family come forward yet! Mind boggling.

You girls are awesome! I'm sure with all the help he has here, he will find out who he is.

I just emailed the producers at Oprah and asked them to put Benjaman Kyle on their show, even if only briefly.

Maybe if a bunch of us do this, they will listen.

Also, if Oprah would show photos of missing or unidentified (alive) people at the end of her show every day, I bet that would help a lot.

I'm sure I'm not the first person to think of this, and I do think an email campaign about it might get the producers' attention.

I think he would make a FINE guest on a major, respectable talk show. I know I would love to see him onscreen, telling his story too. It's one thing to read it here, and be so moved, but coming from him with questions asked in a dialogue situation would be awesome.

I know the public would watch and react positively.

I haven't read everything on here (mostly looked at all the photos), but I have one that I don't *think* has been put on here. He was an acquaintance of my dad (he did a little bit of business with him) and he disappeared.

Terry Turner (IMO) looks similar to Benjamin Kyle in the face. He would have been near 50 in 2004 (having disappeared 12 years earlier). I'm afraid that I can find absolutely NOTHING about his vitals at all -- and I've looked over everything available to me. I'm sure that he could have been just about anywhere during that time as well -- but I have no clue about any surgeries/scars at all. those were all there in the 1970s and 1980s, but I am not sure of exactly when. two thing make this foggy for me. One is that they are about 20 miles from where I live and the other is Colfax Ave. in Denver is the longest commercial street in the world. They say is goes from the Rocky Mountains to Kansas City (not true, but close) It is about 30 miles long with businesses on both sides for the entire way. Arthur Treachers Fish and chips has been gone out here for a long time, at least 30 years or more

I have been in contact with Mr. Kyle over the phone and via email for the last several months. He has been accepted as a guest on a national talk show, and as soon as I get a firm air date, I will pass along the information about the show etc...

Please look at the photo thread-he sent along some recent pictures that were suggested by the producers of the show, but there is one he sent in particular to us as a thank you for all of the hardwork...

I looked at the recent pics of Mr. Kyle and I think he's my long lost husband!!!! :blowkiss: Just kidding. He is a very handsome man and it makes me wonder even more who he is. I also like the fact that the pics show several "faces" of him. He looks like he's gained a little bit of weight in the pic of him with the blue hat on so it gives us even more looks to search for.

If we don't find his family, can I adopt him? :crazy:

By accident I came to the Doe case 1683DMBC where a plane supposedly went down and the six aboard weren't located. It then led me to one of the parties in Australia, then Greece and finally Germany. Ironically, every several years the same faces appear with different names in different countries (I think). I came across a Thomas Kampfer (maybe not his real name) who disappeared from Germany in 1996. This is Doe case # 2051DMDEU. It looks like our BK. I wonder if this was George Cogar's brother Tom also missing from NY.

I still think this information I found MIGHT BE relavent.

He is very familiar with the resturaunt business, such as resturaunt layouts building codes and construction, wiring.

In this memory he mentions a Azars Big Boy. Based on my research Azars Big Boy was a franchise and the ONLY 2 states to have Azars Big Boys was Indiana and Colorado.
I also found that the same arcitects built both the Colorado and the Indianapolis Indiana Big Boys. I have found that the man the owned the Denver franchise of Azars big boy lived in Fort Wayne Indiana. His name wa Stanley Guttmacher.
The arcitechts names Louis Armet and Eldon Davis.

I haven't heard any specific detailed information regarding Indiana/Indianapolis.

Are there ANY details he can remember from Indiana? He seems to remember ALOT about Denver and the resturaunt business.

I sent a news tip to out local WTHR, since they aired the story in October 2007, I sent an email to the reporter who did the story and let him know Mr Kyle is going to be on Dr Phil, and maybe they will do something on him here again.....
