By the way got confirmation on Maria Dela Rosa who is the Capital Mitigation Specialist. She is an independent contractor hired by the defense team. Seeing they are being paid for by the State, us taxpayers are paying her salary (her and her shenanigans I mean).

Redirect

JW finally has some seriousness in her voice and demeanor.

NO note taking on redirect

"In my professional opinion" = bought and paid for opinion

Even though JW is up there can only see JA from the glasses up...her chair is so low and JW's chair like a frickin bar stool it's so high

She drew a tombstone on some "suicide letters"? Drama Queen

Thank you for responding. I brought that post over from the last thread.

Another bit of info. When we are in the gallery and ja is seated we don't see her as well as you do on the feed. I see the back of her head from the neck up 90% of the time. The only time I see her is when she stands.

I can see the jury much better, and depending on where I'm sitting I can see some and not others. The jurors I am rarely able to see are Church Lady, CPA, and Maureen. Generally I can see the others pretty well.

Several people have criticized Jinkasaurus, but today she did mention something KCL has pointed out several times: how Jodi never looks at her mom. She said (paraphrasing), "Wouldn't you at least acknowledge her and smile at her since she's been there supporting you every day?"

The tone may not sound right on 'paper' above - she didn't say like she was nudging Jodi to do so, more like with a tone of amazement as if to say "Wouldn't any 'normal' human being..."

Anything he prefaces with "she told me" is easily disregarded--BS

HW only one note taking during entire redirect and that wasn't consistent

If it has nothing to do with it, then why is it there? (not 100% sure what this is about)

JA plaintive look at the jury as they leave...none look in her direction.

BREAK

after break JA looking for a long time in to gallery...can't see who she's looking at but appears to be at the media/t family side

On break I see LaViolette hugging Maria in the hall..she's much smaller than I have anticipated. Maria leaves the courtroom before court begins again

Again JA looks at jurors as they file in..not one looks at her

Question re: has seen other info on the case (YES I've been saying all along he's been watching the trial..someone on the jury sees that too)

JA "suicidal" but never told him about the gun/razor suicide plans...ok

Paul R. nail chewing during redirect..zero note taking anywhere

Ponytail again leans back resting her head on the back of her chair during sidebar

This suicidal stuff is so bogus--no one believes she's ever been suicidal

No social interaction on suicide watch? Try Death Row

No note taking

BBM

She threatens suicide like a 12-year-old girl.

Jodi's over there drawing w/ her left hand. Drawing then erasing then drawing/erasing.

JM walks back from sidebar smiling...

Give books re: therapy (then why did he need to go to amazon?)

"Did you gain some knowledge re: the jail?"

NO he DID say she was "suicidal" which was the reason he sent her the book (I remember)

Dr. Eavesdrop at it again

Female armed guard replaces male guard who occasionally sleeps

CEO, Tri, HW Maureen and Wrestler taking notes.

"It's not just welllll...." JM...snap!

BBM#1: I believe that was when Doc mentioned the Multiple Personality thing, but discounted it as a diagnosis, so JM was trying to get him back onto relevant topics instead of redundant points.

BBM#2: Possibly JA was looking into the Alexander family side to look for blue ribbons?

It looked to me like Jodi's mom had tears in her eyes today during the testimony about Jodi kicking her.

All the silly whispering and smiling and eye-rolling with JA and JW today was just stupid. Like two high school bullies ganging up on someone.

moo

Maybe Jodi has a "crush" on one of the jurors? Is there one in particular that is young and handsome? Jodi may have her next victim picked out!

One of the jurors have definitely caught her eye. She keeps leaning in to Wilmott and whispering like a teenager about them. Remember, Jodi is a narcissist and has a very distorted view of how people perceive her. She could read into something small as being very big. She seemed to really think the detective liked her at the beginning of her interrogation.

Thanks again for your insights everyone!

No one is making eye contact w/ her. not one.

When JW got up for the re-re-re-direct (I thought there were only two rounds, not three, after jury questions) it sounded to me like she was almost hyperventilating and her voice was trembling. Other than her witness's credibility being destroyed, which she should be used to by now, what was it that made her so emotional today? Or did she not come across that way inside the courtroom?

I noticed she was very different today. I think she realized just how horribly Dr. $ tanked them.

Re: CEO's chin up look at JA: was it a grimace or just a blank sort of look? Kind of sounds like he wants at her and not in the way JA probably hopes. I could be wrong though lol.

TIA! Great notes.

Methinks JC was blowing things out her behind today. She was worse than usual. I think she sold out her opinion a long time ago. I could never be the kind of person to say something I don't believe with a straight face. Beth Karas probably can't either.

Regarding the text/letter where Travis called JA a sociopath....Did this specifically come before the jury, or was it just flashed on screen when another part was being pointed out to them. TIA !

Did you notice how fast and high pitched her voice got at one point? My lawd, I had to change the channel.

Dang KCL, I don't know how you do it! I barely get time to breathe right now, but I also know that one never knows how much strength they have until they need it. Thank you so much for all the notes!! It validates what we feel, when we get the chance to view it. I always feel so guilty at work if someone walk in and I just want them to leave me alone, but then I remember that I have a JOB. I need to turn the iPad down and take care of business.

I'm worried about Paul R isn't getting ill. I think this trials taking its toll on some many people, I just imagine what's its doing to the jury.

Take care of you....
