Yes, his confession to his wife and mother came right after the Discovery he received copy of April 3 or 5th. He then knew exactly what the State had against him (reading it in black and white made a huge difference IMO) and I think he confessed to the 2 most important people in his life and then got angry and broke his tablet after his wife hung up on him.

JMO
I agree completely with your thoughts on this.

Why do you say there's no record of RA's confessions, because they haven't been made public?

And we know they exist because his own team have acknowledged them.

Here is it in black and white, nobody is denying he confessed multiple times.

I just came across something pretty interesting:

GH interviews someone who ALSO saw the older model car. But, this car was parked along the HWY.

Obviously, it is NOT the vehicle that was backed into the CPS building.

Sounds like there are 2 SEPARATE vehicles.

JMO
Great find! thanks for posting it.
Was this one included in any of the documents?

If I am being honest, I have no clue where it is documented.

As difficult as it is for many of us to listen to GH, I will say that he bases his videos on facts and I assume this is why he is Web Slueths approved.

I knew that it was said somewhere that the older vehicle was parked alongside the road BETWEEN the curve and the old CPS building ( approximately,150 yards from the building) between 8:45 AM and 5 PM.

RA admitted in the Oct 2022 interview with LE to arriving at 1:30 and leaving at 3:30. Where does RA leaving by 1:30 come from? IDK
No. In the 2022 interview he reportedly stated that he arrived at noon and left by 1:30, at least according to the Franks Memo (p. 109). It was the 2017 Dulin interview report that contained the 1:30-3:30 notation.

Heck since we seem to referencing the FM by the D, I'll not some discrepancies: Page 4 (emphasis mine)

2) Very early on, those in charge of the Delphi murder investigation claim that they
consulted with a Purdue professor concerning what resembled possible Odinism signatures left
behind at the crime scene. After the Purdue professor proclaimed (according to State Trooper Jerry
Holeman) that “it was not Odinism or any type of cult worshipping or any type of group that would
have conducted the crime” the Odinism angle was essentially abandoned.

So here we know that LE did consider and consult on the Odinism angle and abandoned it after the Purdue professor claimed it wan't a cult worshipping type of group that conducted the crime. Sounds logical to me.

JMO
Does this also mean that the professor was let to view the crime scene photos of Abby and Libby?

I wonder if it was the man who spoke in this article. He was working close by that day. There was another quote by him in a different article too but I can't find it.

We have the March 17, 2017 Ron Logan search warrant. The bullet is not mentioned in the Ron Logan search warrant.
Perhaps because they had enough probable cause without it including the bullet. He had done a pretty good job of making himself highly suspect. Or perhaps forensics hadn’t finished their report on whether the bullet had identifiable markings that could be used to match to a specific weapon.

They do list guns in section 3 as items to be searched and seized.
They knew a gun was used in the commission of the crime. Two ways: through the 43 second video of the abduction and the bullet found at the crime scene.

You suspect attorneys are lying about a Rushville police report? I can't say for certain bc I haven't seen it yet.
The info can still be discussed tho, right? It doesn't mean it is for the truth of the matter but the report is contained in court filings.

Reluctantly, I do believe the defense attorneys are misrepresenting the police report.

I also believe none of the discussions about evidence will be fully explained until presented a trial. JMO, the same applies to the timeline and process of the investigation itself. It's so easy for defense attorneys to pick and choose evidence to highlight, ignore or distort, especially in the pre-trial phase when prosecutors have no ability to cross examine witnesses, question evidence or give rebuttal.

I avoid making judgments about information offered in the news media before a trial. So often, the facts and evidence are different from what people share in the news or social media.

They were recorded. They have not been made public.
Apologies. It was other specific exculpatory interviews allegedly recorded over/lost per the new motions, not RA’s confessions.

As you stated above “we don’t know until we don’t know.” Respectfully, it is inaccurate to call everything that we don’t agree with or have proof currently of a “conspiracy”. JMHO
Respectfully, my wording is accurate. Not saying this was one of your theories - but accusing LE of planting bullets is absolutely among the conspiracy theories that have been discussed here.

I listened for a while, but didn't hear this information. Can we assume this allegation about when evidence was collected came from the defense team? If so, I'll wait until the trial to hear the facts. If defense has an official copy of a search warrant showing that information, ok. Otherwise, its just opinion. JMO
At 12:16 BM says they went back to get the sticks.
At 15:12 GH says he has also heard the sticks “rumors” that BM heard. Went on to describe much of the document as ludicrous.

No idea where BM sourced the sticks information.

TIA, but who are BM and GH? Not recognizing initials

ETA: I just checked. They're reporters. Not witnesses, attorneys, judges or LE, so I consider it rumor. I don't usually follow those Law and Crime, etc. tv shows, but after watching them handle this trial, I'm surprised at how unprofessional they are. Of course, it's a for-profit business, so...

He has to wait until the trial to do that. I assume that's what the judge will tell him. Its what judges told defense attorneys in at least 2 other trials I've followed in the last few years. There's nothing unique in this trial that makes it ok for defense attorneys to try their case in the news media.

The bullet issue is one I've brought up more than once. The missing link of how bullet A became bullet Z.
Three pics of a bullet on/in the ground and one picture of a bullet in the lab. Nothing in between.
I've never claimed someone placed the bullet at the scene to frame RA.
I have questioned if the bullet could have been substituted between the scene and the lab.

After all, a lot of evidence can be lost between 2017 and 2022.
