I supplied the link to the filing several times. I’m assuming that people are asking for links because they want to read the filing for themselves.

The information that I was trying to get across is that there are video recordings of the statements from these witnesses that the court would be able to watch and confirm what the witness actually said in their statements. We have also discussed several times that lawyers are not allowed to lie to the court. Considering the defense supplied the court with a copy of these videotaped recordings to confirm, it would be ridiculous for the defense to lie about statements made on the video recordings.

It's my personal opinion that the DT have also lied repeatedly in the FMs. There are probably many lies of omission also that have contributed to the circus this D has laid before us. AJMO

Just wondering, why would he LIE about having been there? For whatever reason, he didn't care if DD or LE knew he'd been at the bridge that day initially. He was open about that. Being in the general area doesn't make him an offender or even suspicious imo.

Years later is when he told them what he was wearing, exactly the same as what BG was photographed as wearing. He put himself on the bridge and was seen there right as the girls were approaching. It's almost like he wanted to unburden himself, MO

It was only after seeing the discovery of all these things that he (well his lawyers, for we've not heard a peep from RA directly) changed the time...very conveniently.

Per the same doc, she said the same thing 2 years later to Le. And she told the sketch artist the YBG sketch was 10/10 accurate.

Linking the FMs , IMO, seems a waste of time since they have been ruled to be inferior and not worthy of a hearing...4 times. MO

Yes the Prosecution has said as much in their responses to the FM. IMO when someone spins fantastical stories of murdered children being hung upside down like freshly killed deer or groups of Norse Ideologists sacrificing the girls in a ritual, I would call those bald-faced lies.

The prosecution responding that the franks was “not completely true” doesn’t mean that it’s filled with lies. My expectation is that you had some type of proof of individual items being proven to be untrue. Unless this is just a grand generic accusation based on the prosecutions statement of “not completely true” ?

ETA:changed entirely to completely as I doublechecked the states response.

From what we know from the PCA, that wasn't mentioned, IIRC. We will have to wait to hear DD's full testimony.

RA extinguished Libby and Abby’s lives in the most brutal way imaginable that February afternoon.

The absolute terror they felt that day should never be underestimated.

He had zero disregard for their lives that day and that shouldn’t be forgotten. He had opportunities on that walk to reflect on what he was about to do, and yet he still decided to murder two teenage girls in the most barbaric way imaginable. He also got an extra 5 years of freedom, which he didn't grant to Libby or Abby that afternoon.

I have zero sympathy for him or his plight as he is where he is because of the choices he made.

Today is another day closer to justice for Libby and Abby and their loved ones.
