The sweet smell of mimeograph papers being passed out in elementary school ... Gosh I haven't thought of that in decades - but I can vividly remember it now that you've all
brought it up.

It's been a l-o-n-g wait since last Thursday for all of us ... tomorrow the justice-bus will be revved up and ready to roll over JA!!

Prayers as always are with the Alexander Family. All these delays and b.s. theatrics from narcissistic JA are just cruel & so painful for them I'm sure.

God Bless this jury as well.
Their lives have been up-ended and put on hold for so many months now. When these next phases of trial are over & the jury is finally able to read the news about all the baloney and delays that JA and the defense team is responsible for (not to mention all the evidence/details that were withheld from them b/c they were deemed too prejudicial) -- they will have no doubt in their minds they have been exemplarary jurors!

I've seen the question asked here over the past day or so, but don't recall seeing an answer.
Anyone know if JA will be wearing prison stripes or orange jumpsuit in the courtroom now that she's a convicted felon? Would lurrrve to see this - no more playing dress-up like her My Twin Jenny Doll.
I can dream anyway ... It would tick JA off sooo much (she'd feel so "debased" doncha know?). lol

It was posted earlier in the week JA to be in street clothes. And the mitigation specialist was seen by Beth Karas bringing clothes into court today.

The smoke alarm suddenly goes off....older one swears its the younger one..I go up and a pair of the older's underoos are burning on the (concrete) floor. Put out said fire. Called my parents to COME.GET.THEM.NOW. They are 7 and 4. Older one swears younger one found them outside.

I have a chihuahua, a boyfriend, and a cat. Every night I curl up, unencumbered, in the bed space that is solely and rightfully mine. Every morning I wake up with three creatures wrapped around me in a variety of poses.

My 2 chihuahuas are fast asleep beside/on me as I type on my laptop.

I was always offended by the "shaking like a chihuahua" comments from JA. How dare she offend my doggies by comparing herself to their breed!

We always must be aware that any idea we talk about which can possibly be twisted and pasted on poor dead Travis, or ends up on the desk of the DT or coming out of the mouth of Master Mimic Jodi Arias.

With that in mind, it is my feeling that JA is going to take the cruelty factors and turn them into mitigating factors.

Overkill? I was trying to end his suffering.

Left him to die? I could have asked for help when I left, there was a couple at a 7-11 that I told to call 911. That memory just returned yesterday.

Violated a dead body by shooting it? I thought he was alive and still suffering. Trying to end his suffereing

Stabbed him 28 times. Never killed before so I messed up.

Cleaned up the crime scene. I am a maid and was in a fog. Guess it was automatic.

Yeah. I agree but also wondered about the supposed yelling before her interview with her attorneys.

Not only did she imply she was basically convicted on a technicality (because of the way the law describes Felony Murder), she told the interviewer she was completely surprised that all 12 jurors convicted her of Premeditated Murder. Then she proceeded to declare, "There was absolutely no premeditation on my part." Nobody believes you, Jodi...and they NEVER will. So please shut up now. :banghead:

Well you know, while we are waiting, if we get back to the basics imo, the blood splatter on the mirror and sink is most convincing. Shows that Travis was able to ambulate to the sink and spew up blood. And in my opinion that means that a gunshot to the frontal lobe, even with a low capacity gun like a 25 semi auto, would have not rendered him capable of doing that. Just wanted to get that out there.
