I won't jump on you because I agree 1000% and have said the same exact thing in the past. Who knows? Her little sob story may have swayed the jury to not give her 1st degree on the off chance she's being truthful. But I feel the pedo lie is what absolutely sunk her. 1.) it's just too OTT for any rational person to believe. There is just no way this lady killing cad rapist is also a pedophile. It's like they just threw every terrible allegation out there to make Travis look as terrible as possible. And 2.) it, like Juan said, demonstrates her hateful and manipulative nature. Only a truly sick and deviant individual could think of such a thing to make people hate her victim.

I so disagree. Travis' dead body, the blood evidence, the photographs, the gas cans, the dyed hair, the Walmart receipt - her lying on the stand, turning off her cell in AZ, acting perfectly normal with her new desire in Utah, etc., etc.. She never had to say a word about anything else. It's a clear picture that adds up to murder 1.

Borderlines in prison have cost more than one staff member their job. To handle somebody like JA, it takes a masterful and well trained group of people...which can't realistically happen. Somebody will want to talk with the inmate. That person will pay the price. When you deal with this high level of borderline/narcissism, you must consider yourself a future possible victim because if you talk to them, you will pay the price.

I know one of these. Not as bad as JA but still bad. The only way is absolutely no conversation...not even about the weather. They can suck you into their world in a New York minute. :banghead:

My day has been insane. Kyle was in constant pain. His surgeon ordered x-rays be taken because he has not been in pain since he started chemo. Sooo I have not been able to read anything.

Can someone sum this up for me? She is on suicidal watch :rolls eyes: so therefore court was cancelled? So this is still running the show? WTF?! What a conniving little b**tch!

I don't know if he did, it's possible. One thing I know is KN had to keep reminding JA when she was on the witness stand that she couldn't remember what happened after the gun went off. I found that was very telling. KN seemed tense at times when JA was on the stand ...like he was worried she was going to 'forget' that she was supposed to 'forget'.

The judge denied the motion for impact statements via video and Jodi couldn't handle that she would have no control over what the Alexander's family would say and flipped out. That's my second guess. Travis' family was escorted out by deputies. I bet they had to take Jodi out strapped on a stretcher.

The only thing I could guess about the guards with the family are 2 possibilities:

1-Yesterday, they were swarmed by media and maybe they requested an escort to avoid that again.

2-If JA was really there and had an outburst. Maybe she swore she would kill the family just like she killed TA if she ever gets the chance. Or some other direct threat.

Those are the only 2 options I can think of.

Ok, I watched today and heard three different stories: Beth K. said she was at the courthouse. Jane V. inquired about her manner of dress and was told JA was in civilian clothes so Jane made an assumption that she was at the courthouse. Then Jean C. who has been at the jail said an official there said JA never left the jail today. So, I don't know what the truth is.

Maybe she was in the court building... But remained in the "holding cell"?

Correct! That first floor has a "Juror Room" for all the Jurors to gather in for all cases on all floors. There was a medical emergency with a Juror in that room unrelated to Jodi the Killer.
