Has anyone else noticed that instead of watching the jury go out like she always has before, JA now leans over and says something to Wilmont every time?

How long does an aggravating factor decision usually take?

Anyone?

Granted, this is a no brainer, but still...how long?

 Okay, we have to laugh at this. Nurmi's defense is that it's possible Jodi's Borderline Personality Disorder, something he refused to agree with at the time, makes it impossible for you to understand that driving a knife into someone over and over again is painful.

I bet Travis screamed. I bet the blood must have clued her in. I bet the fact that she chose to use it on him to make him feel so much pain he could not defend himself until he was dead.

P.S. I don't believe BPD makes you so stupid you are incapable of thoughts that are so simple like when it rains things get wet and a knife slammed into the body is painful. Seriously Nurmi. I object! Beyond the scope of reality.

That's the thing, the correct argument for BPD is that FJA knew it hurt, she just didn't care about TA's feelings. THAT is BPD, not Nurmi's alternate reality version.

I need video on youtube! I was watching on my phone but people keep texting me and being a bother!

Wouldn't a normal person be freaking out about now? She just sits there and reads without a care in the world.

Hell yeah. They could put a heart monitor on her to see if she has anything going on. Doesn't look like it. Mmy blood pressure would be thru the roof and heart racing.

Has anyone ever saw the movie "From the Hip"? Defense attorney knows his client is guilty and feels morally obligated to have him put away but ethically cannot do it so he represents him in a way so that the defendant's own actions during the trial is exhibited to persuade them into finding him guilty. Sometimes Nurmi's arguments and statements make me think he's in this position. I know he tried to get off the case from the beginning. Sometimes he will say stuff and I think "why would you bring up that point?"

BTW my first post. Hello from Bakersfield California:seeya::seeya::seeya:

Slipped a folded paper from her black and white book and slid it into the brown folder.

How come sometimes there is no thanks button on here and sometimes there is? Not trying to be rude, just wondering...
