Just to go back a bit - didn't Chessie kind of boast recently about how her attorney had advised her not to talk, but she's so direct and headstrong she doesn't listen to him?

Wasn't it also Chessie who said earlier she wanted to take a lie detector test but couldn't, because her attorney had told her not to?

Me too. At least Chessie made a call to report her daughter missing. She said Brittney went over to Styx River and never came back.

And in so doing opened a whole can of worms.

I don't see it that way. I think cw waited just long enough to ensure that whatevr was done to Brittney was a done & covered deal. As much of a part of the plan as dh's being suicided. The women, cw & her sisters knew what dh was made of. They grew up w/him just as Brittney did. The sisters are just fortunate enough to not be dh's favoritite. Imo

Regarding the charges listed on post 557, my goodness, what was going on the day of Oct 22nd. It seems almost everyone was charged for an offense on that same day.

It may be too upsetting to find out what they did that day. Uggggggg

I may be wrong, but it sounds like the DA has 2 children that have given statements that were used as preliminary evidence. I am not sure, but I dont think the children were there today, but just a record of their statements.

Bless those brave kids willing to testify. They will be needed during the trial.

They were bound over for Grand Jury.

Attorneys now trying to get bail reduction.
I think they are at the point where they are waiting on a decision if there will be a bail reduction or not.

During testimony, investigators recounted the allegations of sex abuse from two underage, unidentified victims -- one male, one female -- which involved individual and group acts, some of which may have been recorded via a cell phone. According to the testimony, the earliest of the alleged abuses came when they boy was as young as 7 and the girl as young as 9.

My goodness. If this wasnt so disgusting of a case, it would be humerous. They had to move 2 tables together to fit all the defendents and most if not all the attorneys had to stand behind or beside them.

Not sure why Randall's case was not scheduled today with the others.

What is strange to me is the purpose of a grand jury i thought was to see if indictments would be handed down. So I am wondering how this works.
Arent they already charged already? So what would the Grand Jury do. Maybe different charges or more charges?
