Why do I also think CW knows more than she's letting on? I mean seriously, her daughter is missing, she's crying up a storm in the beginning, she says she tried to do the best she could as a mother, yet she seems to not write these family members off & still refuses to take a poly?

I know the deal with a poly. My own fam is littered with le as well as a few less than stellar people. However, if one of my pookies went missing, there's no way in hell I'd not take a poly. Heck, if CW is worried about implicating herself in something even remotely related to this case, then why not just have her lawyer set it up? Her lawyer could be present & the lead investigator could be present.
 
I wonder if CW was a victim of abuse in her childhood & therefore has a diminished perception of trust. It could explain her life struggles.

I also wonder how she could sympathize over her mother that stayed in touch with Brittney's rapist. I mean, why not kick the itch to the curb? I'd never in a million years have that scum in my house if I knew she was sending $$$ to a child rapist - especially if that rapist was in prison for raping my child.

So that leads me yet again to CW... Is she hiding something?
 
I think CW's loyalties lie with herself, her sisters, her husband and her mom. In that order. I don't know where her children figure, if they figure much at all.
 
It looks like WWH chose her attorney quite well; she definitely seems to have experience in this area, as both a prosecutor and defence attorney.

Sorry to quote myself but here's one of the biggest reasons I wonder about the above...

On CW's FB she only has 2 things listed under books: VC Andrew and VC Andrew Is My Favorite Author. Now, in light of what's surfaced regarding all of these sex crimes in & surrounding the family, & in light of how many innocent children are involved, how in the world could she stomach reading VC Andrews books? I mean, I'm not knocking VC Andrews, thought she was a very good author, but when considering the incest in CW's family then how in the hell can she still have these books as her favorite? FYI, I just checked & they are still her only books listed, she hasn't deleted them yet even though she's still posting about Brittney & her children etc.

Question for ya... Do you happen to know when Chessie was asked to take a poly? I'm wondering if it was before OR after her sister was arrested. If it was after, that could explain her hesitation bc of le methods used to obtain info. If it was before, then maybe there's some truth to the thought she could be hiding more info & afraid to come forward.

From what I understand DK parents (their money) kept him out of things his entire life and seems to be continuing now. CW use to talk to me about how lazy he was and wouldn't work for more than a few days at job then quit of calling in sick and be let go. Even the roof over their head was provided by the Kents. But hopefully being that we are talking about DK who is alive the prosecutors (2 different co's) will get any and all records on him for the trials. And convict him.

This is kinda crazy to me considering the amount of money that was probably put out over the years. I'm wondering why they wouldn't instead help him purchase a house for his family. Or pay for good schooling. Or pay for a family gym membership to work off their stress. Or PAY FOR THERAPY which was & still is apparently needed in this case!

If it works out, I think a similar push for BOLO for Brittney would be very helpful. I like this idea alot, only thing I sort of worry about are children that are involved in geocaching. I honestly don't think young children should be intentionally subjected to looking for missing persons. Imo it should be on a case by case basis that would warrant child involvement.

Good morning Jersey!

I'm not sure of when it was but in the april interview we all did she said "months ago" she was asked. I assume it was after though. If you remember she made a post on FB some months back that she would love to take one. So what changed?

Yeah, I just got done watching it again which is what prompted me to question it. It could explain her hesitation to take a poly administered by le. Maybe?

Close enough to shoot!!! IMO. When we were all speaking I would ask her dailey if she spoke to WWH and asked/confronted her about the lies she told on Brittney. But she always answered "I don't want to talk to her."

And I agree that if WWH were out on 5/30 she would've been there holding Chessie's other baby like MWK was doing with her youngest. JMO. Why wouldn't she be there CW has her mom there and we know what she did/said against Brittney. And MWK was there for Easter. If you were to take Brittney out of this sick story CW still supports the very ppl that she knows molested or had knowledge of it and kept quite. CW knows cause Derek told me he told her!

BBM - Chessie doesn't want to talk to WWH, but shows up at her court hearing? I'm not buying it. You don't want to talk to the person who may hold answers to your daughters disappearance? I would at least make an attempt and then personally cut WWH and MWK out of my life. Then I would send grandma to live with one of the twins. In my opinion, Chessie has not separated herself from these people because she is just like them and already knows some of the answers. Chessie is a product of her surroundings and learned behavior. It doesn't give her an out by any means because as and adult Chessie could have chosen a different path. These are the only answers I can think of regarding why Chessie would allow a woman who is married to and still supporting one of the alleged rapists to attend a vigil for Brittney. I personally would have told MWK until you get DK out of your life, you will not be a part of mine. Not to mention Chessie has allowed WWH who has been charged with torturing children and sodomy to be around her toddler children. I wouldn't want that enemy anywhere close to my children. I call BS. Thank God Payton is no longer around these people!

2nd BBM - This is probably one reason she hasn't taken the poly. She didn't protect her own children.

When I think of Brittney's case, I constantly think of the idiom Birds of a feather flock together... It makes me very proud that Steph & Wally separated themselves from that crew. They're better off without them imvho.
 
Omg Steph I just remembered something. When this story of Brittney going missing hit the media, some of us looked up every bit of info we could find online. I myself copied via screenshot everything I came across but I failed to save it in my photobucket I had set up at the time for WS threads I follow. Long story short is that I used my oldest son's computer & he got a virus in which I lost alot &/or can't find it all now. However, I absolutely 100% factually remember that Donnie Holland "liked" a page on his FB that I thought were hookers &/or swingers - no exaggeration that these <choke> <cough> ladies were less than stellar people. I wonder if this group page was ever looked into...

In my opinion and not meant to be snark, sadly in many ways I believe Chessie can relate to these books.

CW said there is to be an investigation then around the end of March CW said he took a LD and passed. Re my bold... Wanted to note the 12th was the day before Mother's Day. Not that its significant, but it does make me wonder about something. Those FB pm's between Britt & one of the victims, weren't they from around the 28th? If so, the 28th that year was Memorial Day. No mention of a BBQ or anything? Isn't that odd considering this is a family that seems to enjoy partying?
