According to one neighbor, he claimed the child was a daughter of his girlfriend. He is a hispanic male, with a hispanic looking child. I don't think that would stand out.

If Amanda & Gina were forced to work as prostitutes, it would turn out to be eerie that this was on the webpage and I'd like to know how they came up with this possibility. Did people report being their clients? I know I'm getting way ahead of myself on the "ifs."

I wonder if Ashley's case is connected to Amanda & Gina's and where she is, whether her case is connected or not.

One of these women said that there was another girl in the house when she was originally brought there but one day she woke up and the girl was gone. Someone also wrote on the basement wall RIP. My gut tells me these sickos were involved in other missing girls demise. :stormingmad:

I think they both were there to help. IMO. Ramsey said in his 1st interview that another neighbor and he heard her screaming. Also, Angel said that Amanda was scared and that Castro was coming back he went to Mcdonalds and is coming back. I read he was arrested at a McDonalds.


O/T- This McDonalds is one hot spot.! IMO

Yes, that has been posted way upthread. Arlene was interviewed by AMW in 2004. Claimed Gina gave her 50 cents to call home, and then Gina had no money to take the bus so Gina had to walk home.

Thank u for Ms. Summers name. We are all thinking it so I'll say it- that could be her name scrawled on the wall under the r.i.p.

Fluid situation, some neighbors might be exaggerating how to get their face on TV. I tend to believe the naked girl in the backyard but not the leash part and the girl in the attic window story.

In your link also there is an "America's Most Wanted" video segment from when De Jesus first went missing and they questioned as to whether Amanda Berry's and De Jesus' cases where connect. They were right on the money...same sick perp. I hope the perps get their share of suffering while in jail. This case gets more twisted as time goes on. MOO
 
Fox 8 reporting in 2004 that in 2004 police investigated Fernando colon in their disappearance because he was the last one to see Gina alive. He was a security guard in the neighborhood.

Colon was married to ariel Castro's ex wife and step father to Castro's 4 children. He was charged as a sex offender for molesting 2 of Castro's daughters. He says he told the FBI that they should look at Castro for the kidnapping.
 
my thoughts are also with all the LEOs who will be involved in this heartbreaking and stomach-churning investigation. I know they are professionals and have developed coping skills along the way but, still ...

here's hoping they will be getting lots of TLC at home and lots of favorite meals and comfort foods served to them. because you know that what they would like to do is enter the interrogation room, lock the door, pull the shades and

Anyone who is in a helping/caring profession that loses the ability to have empathy and a caring attitude toward those in crises should get out of the business. There is absolutely no place in a caring profession for a person who cannot genuinely care for others. I have worked as an RN for 26 years and boy have I seen some hard arses!

ETA: I have no tolerance at all for those types!

To me it's a moot point because its alrwady been said that the 911 dispatcher will receive more training.
 
The step-father of Arlene claims to have told the FBI about Ariel years ago. He was questioned about the girls.

Colon maintains that when he talked to the FBI in 2004, he identified Ariel Castro as a more likely suspect in the abductions of the young girls. Veteran Cleveland private investigator Chris Giannini worked for Colon’s defense team in the molestation case.

Giannini said Ariel Castro was known to spend time after school with his daughters and their friends, Amanda Berry and Gina DeJesus. He said Castro was also careful to keep people away from visiting his house.

That's what I figured when Charles referred to "we". I assumed he had help from someone else. Turns out it was Angel helping him to bust the door open. Thank you guys, you deserve to be hououred in a special way. Thank goodness this wasn't during the night with no one around to help her. I would hate to think of that outcome if she couldn't have gotten out of that house.

Here is the article. It gets worse and worse. So this woman left Ariel Castro and married Fernando Colon who later has been convicted of molesting two daughters. Where does it stop?
