at 1:28 in the video, the image of BM at Niagara Falls, he appears to have a mark on his forehead....doesn't he???

ETA: above his right eye....

Directly at 1:28 it does look like a mark, yes. In the next frame it looks like he has a crease there, but then in the next frame you can't see any wrinkles or creases at all. So to me, 1:28 looks like a mark or scrape.

Per CP24 live, LE has extended the perimeter of their search. They say possibly more charges or remains found as this is not normal for LE to hold a presser unless it's something important.
