I know this thread is old, and I've probably commented on it before, but just wanted to say giving the Anthonys immunity would be one of the worst choices the state could make. The state is far better off in calling them as hostile witnesses. Giving the Anthonys immunity in no way insures that they would suddenly become truthful. Oh yeah, they want immunity, but no exchange would transpire, ie., immunity for truth.

Their own behavior in supporting KC, actually provides more proof for her guilt. These people will do or say anything to save one of their own, never mind honor, never mind truth, never mind ethics or morals or society, and never mind, Caylee.

With what the Anthonys have to offer it becomes easy to see how KC is the way she is. The apple doesn't fall far from the tree---Cindy's own words.

I voted "no" back when this poll was first posted, and I haven't changed my mind.

I hope that after Casey's trial and conviction, George and Cindy will face charges of their own for obstruction of justice, lying to LE, and tampering with evidence.

The Anthony's behavior should not stand as a model for future crimes, where a suspect's family can harm the case with evidence tampering and deception.

Wow, this video is an interview with FoxNews that I've never seen with George, from Aug 4 2008. He talks about the possible consequences of witnesses lying to investigators!

Also talks about not giving out people's private info, as it would be an invasion of their privacy and he doesn't want people bothered. Guess that went out the window when they needed SOD to throw under the bus... heh

I discovered this by using the Google Labs Timeline. I put a link in the Case Timeline section for future reference, here it is again. Very interesting results!

I agree. They also should be prevented in this way from being advocates for missing children. They are the WORST example I can think of and something needs to be done about that.
