I agree with you. They know what Casey did. All four of them ran out and lawyered up, refused polygraphs and asked for immunity about a year ago.

They've all told lies and mistruths to LE, thrown people under the bus and tried to use the media to their advantage.

Add up all their actions with their words over the past year and what do you get? A guilty family. IMO.

I really wish LE would have arrested the Anthonys for hiding evidence, at the least. I will be really glad when KC's trial is over and she's on death row. Then we can put this farce behind us and finally precious Caylee will have justice.

You're so right. It just shocks me how many other cases have come and gone on NG and JVM, etc. which had a lot less evidence in them against the perp, but are already on their way to justice (with the exception of the Cummings case, another FL oddity). Maybe most murderers don't have an entire family support system sweeping up after them, obstructing justice and obfuscating the truth, like both these cases seem to have. It just makes my head spin.

They've bleated since Day 1 that this is all about Caylee, yet they've not been the slightest bit helpful in seeking justice for her. Meanwhile, they're writing a book. How is that helping Caylee?

I voted NO because they should have been truthful from the start for Caylee's sake and they obviously have not been, but they're gonna write a book now. The book is to cover their lies and asses, IMO. None of this is about Caylee.

I also voted "NO" GA is unable to tell the truth because he is trying to stay in CA good graces...Ditto for LA...CA will never tell the truth if it harms KC or in any way shows her being a catalyst for why KC did this in the first place. In addition I believe that CA and KC both believe their own lies at times.

I voted "No" also. IMO, I think the Anthonys are a family of liars and I don't think the apple fell far from the tree with Casey. CA knew the truth about what happened to Caylee when she made the first call to LE regarding having not seen her granddaughter in a month and telling them that Casey's car smelled like there had been dead body in it. G & C's attitude during that first deposition should have landed them both in jail for contempt.

I voted no. I really feel that the truth hit them in alot of ways the day they picked the car up. They have always said just what they want to say and I dont think that immunity will change that.

Not one of them is capable of telling the truth, even when giving information to LE, they lied or covered up. Look at what they did in the civil trial hearings?
They are protecting that family's secret, abhorrent "truth." At any cost right now. I sincerely hope the prosecution is piling up evidence upon evidence of perjury, withholding and detractions of the information and evidence and in the end, they will pay

I voted no. To expect the As to change ingrained behaviors is unrealistic. Old habits die hard. Also, I think they (in particular, Cindy) have such a contempt for LE and have so enjoyed wallowing in their victim status, that to tell the truth now would be impossible. They need this persona they've created.

The A's have lied so many times that they now believe their "new and improved truths" and when faced with complete objective evidence to the contrary of their beliefs - they will fight with fists and fury to distract you to another situation (I just went through this with my own mother). Dealing with Personality Disorders requires coming up with plans A, B, C, D, and F and expecting the end result is going to be their lashing out with violence and spewing hate - because there is no way else they can save face - so lash out at those when you don't like their logic. Back to same old "I hate you - Don't leave me" mentality. It all comes down to "saving face" they can't even say they were wrong in the beginning because that would violate their number one goal - to look good and have their daughter look good as a reflection of them. (so sorry - ramblings of a fragmented mind)

I voted no. IMO, CA and KC are cut from the same cloth. They both lie with impunity and have totally convinced themselves that their truth is the only truth. GA is in big-time denial and lies to perpetuate it. While I believe that they have absolutely obstructed justice somehow I think they're going to get away with it - technically. They will have gotten away with nothing when KC gets sentenced to death. I can't wait.

This family seems to have no problem lying, and modeled this to their children so much that it eventually became a quality of pride for KC. I am honest to a fault. I've tried to instill , with my kids, that lies won't be rewarded, although I'm sure they pulled some good ones over on me. But, if I knew or suspected lies there would be consequences. It seems to me the A's modeled dishonesty. Even if they thought they were just honest white lies, kids pick up on it and mimic behaviors and attitudes of their parents. Regardless of KCs guilt or innocense, once a lie is told and discovered, a person's credibility is lost. They all should have taken Lee's advise.

ITA! Including LA! In the RD interview, he is angry at the lie that LA tells about KC's reaction to some news. He had already been texting with TMc and knew how KC reacted, but LA comes in and descibes her as upset and needing help, and RD knew that that was a bold faced lie.

I would like the Judge to force polygraph's against Cindy, George, & Lee. They all know what Casey did. They've all known for a very long time. Dominic Casey was not only hired by Cindy but also worked for Jose Biaz. I believe Casey Anthony told the truth to Jose Biaz. Dominic was sent in the same general area looking for remains. They all know.

Cindy is so full of deception. I can see where Kasey got if from. She is just like her mother Cindy. George I think know's the truth but is Cindy's little puppet. I would really hope that the Prosecutor would demand polygraph's from Cindy. I still do not trust Cindy.

I hope Jesse file's a civil suit against Cindy for them unfounded accusation's toward him and his family. He deserves sweet civil justice just as Z. Gonzales does.

I believe the verdict is going to be guilty & their going to attack anyone just to make the penalty lower then the death penalty.

This is an excellent idea. If the A's want immunity for testimony then the SA's should include a clause that they will provide it IF the A's (all three) take a polygraph(s). IMO I don't see a need to give the A's immunity at all, (unless they can get in the polygraph clause) as I see the A's as a bunch of lying ^&%&*((*&%&*(&,, that they will impeach themselves, their testimony is useless, they can't be trusted. Yeah, my opinion, NO DEAL unless they agree to submit themselves to "however many" polygraphs the SA's want. Without that........leave them out there flapping in the wind, wondering if JB/KC will throw them under the bus. And BTW, O/T here, but how exactly are the A's supporting themselves these days? MOO

I truly believe with what they know now, coupled with what they learn at the trial, they (SA's) will eventually go after the A's. They are aimed at KC right now and will not be distracted from that.(IMO--very smart) Charging the A's now would only convolute the states case against KC. But once she is tried and convicted I really believe the state will go after the A's. They've done too much to let it slide. All in good time......all in good time. moo
