KC not only is accused of killing Caylee, bug she couldn't even show respect on the day of her own child's memorial, and they want to allow her a private ceremony- OMG
This would be the biggest insult to poor little Caylee's memory. Do they also want to give KC some of Caylee's ashes? Sick

I'm speaking only from my gut feeling here, but I just can't see it happening. I could be wrong though. I just would be surprised if they did this. It is, as I understand, not the norm. They could visit with her under the same circumstances that they have always had, but I seriously doubt the jail will bend the rules for them.

They already KNOW the complete story and have since about day 32. No reason for the meeting.
 
I agree Chefmom! I think this is a road they don't want to go down. It would set a precedence and I don't believe they want that. I don't see it happening. But if it does, I'd bet there would be a whole lot of flack received from it!

That is one of the problems with the FOIA Sunshine laws.......you have to be very specific in your request. You can't say "I request all the jail house tapes" and get them. You have to list the date, and in some instances the time, the prisoner, etc. Same with documents. I have requested some documents in the past under FOIA, and I was not specific enough with my request, so I had to do it all over with each specific document I wanted listed.

I believe that is why sometimes things are not released which we believe pertinent. The media does not seem to be as aware of many of the things which we went them to release so they are not specifically requested.
 
Personally I could care less what the Anthony family wants. It's the expectation and/or demand that somehow they are entitled to special treatment or privileges that bothers me.
 
It does seem strange that this keeps on getting reported in the media. You'd think it would be just a simple jail policy decision. Yes/no. It is as if BC and the A's are trying to apply pressure through the media.

I do not think it should be allowed as a 'special case'. The Perp is enjoying enough rights as it is and she should be treated the same as everyone else. No exceptions.

They can meet under the current jail rules, if there is nothing to hide and there is no need to say anything incriminating then ..... just do a normal jail visit.

Caylee never got any like consideration or rights.
 
Orange County's 33rd Street Jail has a system in which all visitations are by video. You have to go to a building that is actually ACROSS THE STREET from the main jail to use the video link. I would certainly hope that the A's aren't given preferential treatment.
BTW, I finally located an actual pic of one of the cells at that jail, exactly like the one KC is in. Except I heard on TV awhile ago that she was in the end cell, closest to the guards.

LOL, total glass front. Kinda like Hannibal Lecter huh? Or more like a reptile zoo, LOL. You can't see the crapper from this angle but it's in the back corner and made of stainless steel, LOL. The area on the door between the two windows opens up so guards can shove food in there, LOL.

It must be hard getting all of your 'duckies' in a row when you have such a dysfunctional family of personalities who have never been a team, cannot remember their lines and, tell so many in the moment 'mistruths' that it is hard to keep up with them never mind coordinate them into a solid story.

The sands shifted so much with knee jerk cover stories that it is a challenge to weave them all together into an integrated defense ..... that's why they brought TM on-board because JB was buried up to his neck in conflicting and competing ever evolving 'mistruths'.

Blood is thicker than water but then within the inner circle none of them really trust the other, other than LA for KC but not KC for LA.

ITA! There have been so many lies and inconsistencies with all of their stories that it seems almost impossible at this point to know what is a total lie, what is a "half-truth" and what is a simple mistake. When I get confused with what is currently in the fore-front with this case, I take myself back to those first few days. CA was frantic and wanted to know where the baby was, LA seemed angry at KC and was telling her she should come clean because the truth would come out, and GA was being honest about his daughter taking things as far as she could and the smell in the car. Then, approximately 72 hours passed, and everything changed. Except for KC. She has been a lying iceburg from day 31.

Isn't that the truth!!!! With all the lies & cover ups you forget at one time they seemed to be normal people.
 
If I lived in Florida, especially Orlando, I would be calling the jail demanding they give no special treatment to the Anthonys. Period.

I would almost bet there are plenty of people protesting this request. Could you imagine if you had a family member incarcerated at this facility for, oh, say car theft, and they had lost their parent or child while "in". They would have been afforded no more than standard policy with that situation. Then along comes KC and the A's making a special request such as this. I'm sure it has struck a nerve with someone locally. I know it is annoying to many that they have made such a request, but that is all it is at this point, a request. I don't think they will be granted this private visit. I mean, they could request that KC be fed only grain fed beef and be given a foot massage nightly, but she ain't gonna get it! Lol!
