Can this town get a press conference or something? That would halt a lot of the rumors and speculation.

I can't imagine them getting DNA back that fast with a hit on a felon if they did find something at that home. I think it was something in his truck.

I too have been wondering on the time frame re: the dna hit. I've noticed here on WS that in different cases, dna's submission into databases, hits, results, etc seems to vary case to case. Sometimes it takes foreeeeeever, but then, as we saw in Holly's case recently, a match was virtually immediate (different type of dna analysis, but you get the point). If this is a high priority case, and people have been working hard on it, maybe there was something already entered into the system from the crime scene...

Also, he seems to be a daredevil of sorts - 'superman' on his MC from back in April (see FB here) that's on YouTube (apparently with a bunch of others).

That alone makes me think someone else was in the crash and called 911 and he just couldn't flee from there before they got there. This guy absolutely seems like the type that is pushing the edge on his bike, etc. and has taken some tumbles perfecting his 'skills.'

I'm thinking he's had worse injuries on the bike than he seemed to in the crash today!

Wouldn't it be amazing if Beverly was in the crash and this accident actually saved her life? Doubtful but sure would be a happy ending.

Makista , I hope you are not that naieve . The cell phone might be the most importanta part of this investigation. You cannot discount it you have nothing.

Although he seems sketchy, my gut feeling is that this guy is not our guy. I think LE wants to talk to him because he fled the hospital. He may have fled because of something like he was driving without a license or maybe under the influence of something. Who knows. I think LE wants to ask him, "So hey, have you kidnapped anyone recently?"

I think you may have posted this before reading the threads with photos of his arrest warrant for kidnapping and links to articles that clearly define why they are looking for him. Perhaps your "gut" might just think otherwise now. They have enough evidence to charge him with kidnapping. Fleeing the hospital is the least of it.

Edited for wording.

So, as a "daredevil" (his own words from his POF), and motorcycle enthusiast (crotch rockets, it appears), I wonder if there are any remote locations he likes to ride? Didn't motorcycle riders find the McStay's remains in the desert?

FWIW, his prior employer is Diamond Supply Company (forgot where I saw that, maybe his fb).

I'm speculating that LE found her phone in his car at the scene of the accident.

I think that's probably likely also.

It seems like they had to have found something since it happened AFTER he had left the scene en route to the hospital.

If they had something making them think it prior to him being transported they'd have a sent an officer to ride in the box with him.

As in it seeming it wasn't anything found in his phone, for instance, since it's likely that was still on him; or anything at least solely based on anything he could have said.

Carrying around something clothing wise of hers would be awfully risky (esp since he seems to have a GF) and there isn't much else we know she had other than her phone and probably the key to the house. I guess jewelry would also be possible.

Other than her cell phone, it seems like maybe the poop sheet on the house and a business card could be something she'd have had on her or that he might have taken while in the house (to seem interested)

The poop sheet or a business card could easily have slipped under or between seats and he could possibly have not even realized it (or if she was taken alive, she could have even tried to leave something behind in hopes of it being seen).

The cell phone seems like the one thing that she might have had on her that he could have "safely" tried to keep and not arouse suspicions from someone in his own life (clothes or jewelry of another girl probably wouldn't go over well w/ a GF) and not necessarily make anything think anything was up. He could easily have intended to take the phone in and said he bought it off craigslist and then even tried to use it.

Yes, it was a rider that discovered partial remains of the McStay family in the desert.

Well, I realize that and really don't know what you talking about. I said 8 hours ago, that it could have been stolen as well. ( the cell phone) the texts were erratic. I have no way of knowing what they found in the car.. but they are linking him to her. So, yes.. it could be the cell phone and the messaging about the house in the first place.

He was pretty clear about paying cash for a house a year ago to see his son.

Who knows what kind of delightful people he met in prison---I wonder if he might have called on any prison buds, before or after?

The news article I posted makes it seem like he was already a poi before the accident now. I agree with whoever said a press conference is needed.

Beverly seems like a very smart lady. This guy not so bright. I think its possible she may have managed to stay alive with him.

It's suspicious that they won't release their affidavit of probable cause, yet threw that arrest warrant out there like nothing.

Man, they had him, so close...:banghead:

This makes me wonder if they actually knew he was a poi during the cat scan...maybe they found out right after...if so, wouldn't they have been keeping a close eye on him?

<Modsnip>

A judge signed a warrant for KIDNAPPING. They have to have something, imo.

Also...Arron Lewis is a career thief..so why didn't he steal her 2014 Cadillac SUV???????
