True about fingerprint.
I can't imagine them getting DNA back that fast with a hit on a felon if they did find something at that home. I think it was something in his truck.
Also, he seems to be a daredevil of sorts - 'superman' on his MC from back in April (see FB here) that's on YouTube (apparently with a bunch of others).
That alone makes me think someone else was in the crash and called 911 and he just couldn't flee from there before they got there. This guy absolutely seems like the type that is pushing the edge on his bike, etc. and has taken some tumbles perfecting his 'skills.'
I'm thinking he's had worse injuries on the bike than he seemed to in the crash today!
Although he seems sketchy, my gut feeling is that this guy is not our guy. I think LE wants to talk to him because he fled the hospital. He may have fled because of something like he was driving without a license or maybe under the influence of something. Who knows. I think LE wants to ask him, "So hey, have you kidnapped anyone recently?"
I'm speculating that LE found her phone in his car at the scene of the accident.
Yes, it was a rider that discovered partial remains of the McStay family in the desert. So, as a "daredevil" (his own words from his POF), and motorcycle enthusiast (crotch rockets, it appears), I wonder if there are any remote locations he likes to ride? Didn't motorcycle riders find the McStay's remains in the desert?
Well, I realize that and really don't know what you talking about. I said 8 hours ago, that it could have been stolen as well. ( the cell phone) the texts were erratic. I have no way of knowing what they found in the car.. but they are linking him to her. So, yes.. it could be the cell phone and the messaging about the house in the first place.Makista , I hope you are not that naieve . The cell phone might be the most importanta part of this investigation. You cannot discount it you have nothing.
