A few notes as I read---- first of all, Then why "Because she was a rich broker that worked alone"? Thats why she was chosen as a threesome partner? Second of all, if Beverly was hiding from her husband, dont you think she would have had him text something that could have been true? She wouldnt tell him to say out having drinks if she doesnt drink. Third- as yall said, no innocent person finds and buries a body, no questions asked and the only thing he has to say is that he didnt get a threesome? Come on. Also, Beverly was thought to have walked, as evidenced by the dirt patterns on her shoes. Lastly (for now- lol), SO much evidence. They had her in their house (as I suspected). They touched so many of her things. They threw her keys and her shoe. They duct taped. WalMart will have video of him buying a shovel. His GPS takes them back past the house several times. SO much evidence. No wonder 30 years was a bargain. He has dug not only Beverly's grave, but he is digging his own. Hey! What happened to the fact that Crystal didn't have anything to do with it and he could prove it? What happened to that. Disgusting humans, these two.
I'm guessing this was written after he saw the evidence they had against him? So, he makes up things....like throwing keys...throwing jewelry....finding a random shoe.....placing duct tape on her face to "keep off the bugs"....in a feeble attempt to explain away the evidence he knew they had.
What a moron. He thinks he's soooo dang smart! I wish I could be a fly on the wall to hear his lawyer rip him a new one before he drops him.

The only parts of his story I believe is the account of the toilet paper incident, and about his chain smoking.
How awful for the family to have to stay composed while this type of nonsense goes on in the courtroom.
Not that I believe his reason for the duct tape, but is he expecting people to consider it an act of kindness and respect to cover her face?
I knew the narcissist would come up with an outlandish story, but never imagined a concoction such as this. Gross.

Exactly!!! But it proves (or at minimum points to) that they have all of this evidence that he is trying to explain away.
If Beverly's husband was so insanely jealous, would she feel comfortable texting to him that she was out drinking with friends all night? He can't even keep his fictional story on track. Such a repulsive and disgusting Loser.
I sure hope the other inmates find him as fascinating as he believes himself to be.

Wouldnt you turn your head or take a big hard bite to remove someone from your face and you couldnt breathe before you actually died from it? That is the biiiiiiiiiggggest load of BS I have ever heard. I believe lots of the evidence gathering details- what he touched, where he threw them, the comforter, Argos- all of that. I dont believe any of his explanations of how or why it happened. I always say that no matter how much you think you have explored the worst of the details, you are still always shocked. Welp! I'm shocked. And I cannot believe her family even has to try to defend her against the claims in order for him to end up right where he belongs. You are in my prayers tonight, Carters.

Carl Jr. talked about this a couple of weeks ago, wanting to take the wind out of the defense sails. I highly suspect that this is what he took to the psych eval and that they have read every word of it already. I have a feeling they have had plenty of time to feel sick over these accusations.
Absolutely! I have no doubt that this is what he took to the psych eval and that the Carter's had been given a heads up from the prosecution team. I'm sure this is what C jr. referenced in his fb post.
I still wonder what this is going to do to the case. Makes me sick to think of it possibly being thrown out. Can something like this taint the case?
It shouldn't, because he had to have provided someone with that. It appears to be his writing. Even if he denies asking a friend to post that on FB, they had to get it from someone, and they have his FB password.
I suppose the videos he described are those he referenced from his cell phone. Also, these are probably the videos his initial attorney refused to tarnish her image with by using in defense. I have no doubt that if they exist, she was forced to pretend. No way she voluntarily involved herself with these two nasty animals.
Just random musings....if such videos were made........if one were a complete moron, one might assume that having such videos would keep a kidnap victim and their family from ever going to the police after a ransom was paid.
Just a thought of why they might exist.

My thoughts exactly. Because ransom was motive! And I dont see how this could get it thrown out. If that was the case, every criminal would sing their own song so that it could be thrown out. It isnt anyone else talking about his case, it is him releasing information all on his own- no Miranda rights needed.
The more I think about it, the more that makes sense. I always wondered how they thought they could pull this off since they lived in the same general area and even frequented some of the same places. Were they going to blackmail them into keeping quiet about the kidnapping?
Great find, 111addict, but what a disgusting lying piece of trash, slimeball, etc etc etc Arron Lewis is!!! Whoever posted this crap on his Facebook is even a bigger snake in the grass!
Arron made these lies match up with the timeline and what evidence he knows LE has while throwing his sleazy wifey under the bus. Oh, there's some truths within these pack of lies, but I don't believe for one second Beverly Carter was involved in a sex scandal with these two sleazeballs!!

What a day!!! Left the courtroom at 8:40PM!!
My head hurts lol. The reporters were tweeting or texting today from inside courtroom. There was a handful there.
AL had a voice message on his phone and he played it for detectives that was heartbreaking. They admitted they lied to him about being recorded. I dont know how that will play out. Some odd stuff but lots of info today.
Last before we left the Pros said he got message from crime lab that they got finger prints from back of BC phone case and print on baseball bat and some of BC hair was identified from the trunk of the ford fusion.
Al said he was on his way to take BC food when he wrecked. bunch of stuff. He was breaking into homes and stealing stuff...
Oh they told who the person was that placed the Craigslist add but I not post but lived in Marion AR.
AL told how he left the hospital and where he went... bummed $20 from someone at Walmart on Bowman went to Goodwill and bought a new outfit of clothing... got on bus, went to Walmart on Baseline boosted a veh, waited for worker to leave Argo, then Stole the dump truck and drove it back to Gravel Ridge (his house) said the cops left the lights on in the house.. he saw the undercover cars hiding. Said he sneaked into house slithered like a snake across floor in got clothing. Realized his dogs were gone. got back out. Knew LEO were watching house looking for shadow...
Be back later gotta eat something.
