My head hurts lol. The reporters were tweeting or texting today from inside courtroom. There was a handful there.

AL had a voice message on his phone and he played it for detectives that was heartbreaking. They admitted they lied to him about being recorded. I dont know how that will play out. Some odd stuff but lots of info today.

Last before we left the Pros said he got message from crime lab that they got finger prints from back of BC phone case and print on baseball bat and some of BC hair was identified from the trunk of the ford fusion.

Al said he was on his way to take BC food when he wrecked. bunch of stuff. He was breaking into homes and stealing stuff...

Oh they told who the person was that placed the Craigslist add but I not post but lived in Marion AR.
AL told how he left the hospital and where he went... bummed $20 from someone at Walmart on Bowman went to Goodwill and bought a new outfit of clothing... got on bus, went to Walmart on Baseline boosted a veh, waited for worker to leave Argo, then Stole the dump truck and drove it back to Gravel Ridge (his house) said the cops left the lights on in the house.. he saw the undercover cars hiding. Said he sneaked into house slithered like a snake across floor in got clothing. Realized his dogs were gone. got back out. Knew LEO were watching house looking for shadow...

If he was getting food for Beverly when he wrecked, then I don't see how she was smothered during the act with Crystal during the wee hours of the 26th. I wonder what his story will be about how she died, between the time of the wreck, and the next day when he was apprehended on Green Mountain. I guess the estimated time of death made him have to change his sleezy story.

Can the IP address of whoever posted that for him on his FB page be traced? If so, I wouldn't want to be that person.

Also, I wonder how that being posted on his FB page plays into AL and his defense team in regards to the marital privilege that is talked about and them not wanting CL to be able to testify against him? I suppose it will go along the lines of something like....I don't know who posted that to my FB page and yada yada yada. But wait, how would just anybody have gotten that to post it? Hmmmm....things that make you wonder.....
 
It almost makes a person wonder if AL doesn't have his own little fan club and possibly some of those in the fan club may even participate here. How said if that is the case....
 
I definitely think they can get the IP address of who is posting. I would not be giving, receiving or even touching information that comes from Arron freaking Lewis. Diagnosed Anti-social Personality Disorder. Uh unh!!! That person is nutzo and Arron will turn on them in the blink of an eye!!!!

And his (and Crystals!) DNA and fingerprints are all over way too many things! Funny, there was no baseball bat or trunk mentioned in that affidavit! Hes a liar who tortured and murdered (and it seems raped) a woman who was working. Horrible.

It would be interesting to read the letter he wrote to Crystal telling her the story to tell, versus the affidavit after she filed for divorce, and then the story he will tell now that she allegedly lived at least until the day of the car accident.

I think AL is tired of hearing about what decent people the Carter's are. It interferes with his defense, so he resorted to trying to vilify CC, SR. It just goes to show just how narcissistic and evil he is. It is very doubtful those things are true, but either way, what would be his motive to mention them in the affidavit? Most of the content seemed to be an effort (as mpnola mentioned) to put his spin on evidence he knows LE has, and also to make it seem as though he and Beverly really got to know each other while waiting for Crystal to return from clinicals for the threesome. Barf. Poor AL, always the victim. Here is this deceased woman, and I didn't even get my threesome.
 
They should be able to get the IP address. They can determine the owner of the computer, and the location from which it was sent.
 
So, after reading that reporter's twitter posts of what happened today, it is 100% different than the affidavit account. Here is my guess--- he knows that they did not intend on using his affidavit in court. He wanted to release it for the public to see, just to be able to plant a nasty seed of doubt in the minds of the public. A feeble attempt at tainting her name, image and reputation. He did it just to re-victimize a woman and her family. His entire point with the ransom calls and the kidnapping and the "your day is about to get bad" was to bully and terrorize. And here he is, allowed to continue to do it. He doesn't even deserve to be talked about. He LOVES his infamy. Again, I will be glad when his show is over and his voice no longer matters. The Carters should be protected more than they are being protected. He is a monster that continues to want to harm. It is not ok.
 
I guess when they interviewed AL, before Beverly was found, he said she was alive in an abandoned house. Maybe that is why they asked people to search sheds, etc? Does anyone remember if Haskell was an area they drove with AL?
 
I am sure his attorney briefs him on what is said on SM. Do we know if AL has access to Internet? I know he requested it when he wanted to represent himself.
 
Wow wow wow.. I just had Nov 16 stuck in my head and decided to peek in to see if there was any news... Wow. I have to say one thing about the world's longest affidavit (methinks he doth affidaviteth too much...) that struck me... was that he took great pains to both describe AND to draw images of the head/face taping. I find that significant and I have always and still do suspect this could be well be how she died, asphyxiation from the duct tape. He/they are into such kinky things it wouldn't surprise me if their (AL +CL) notion was to have a 3-way and the taped face was either a part of the S&M version they came up with or the only way they felt they could do it, force themselves upon her. We know he is driven by the fast danger thrill factor (motorcycle stunts on freeway, stealing to steal) He likes risk. Whatever it was, and I haven't read all the links yet beyond the world's longest affidavit.... I still believe that the duct tape played a key role. And in no way was it to ward off flies. I'll have to remember that one next outdoor BBQ or picnic.... slam on some duct tape. Crazy man.

I've been gone awhile - very busy plus family emergencies this past month or two, so missed many months of sleuthing. This is quite an amazing and disgusting development. As usual, AL grossly overestimates his wily ability to fool everyone. As usual his lies point us closer to the truth. I can't believe it hasn't been removed!

They went chronologically thru events (with LEO) is how the Pros presented their case. From when first reported missing to affidavits and various witnesses. They had multiple audio recordings and played. The Def questioned why some things were recorded and some not. I cant believe what is posted on that fb. If you look at the date on which it notarized that was the date of his last hearing. Where he was only there few min.

In interview with Det Jeff Allison after he got to CID, the first room he was in had camera and AL said he wasn't talking in there and being recorded. So Det Drew Evans hurry and put a recorder in Inv Mark Swaggerty office and then they moved AL to that office. When they got to that office AL says "where is the recorder" Det Allison said there isnt one. (Def asked on cross if he lied to AL on purpose, Det said yes, his main goal was locating BC) AL told them "time is running out". AL told them time was running out, and after going back and forth told Det Allison to get his phone and he prove it. Det Allison went and got AL phone. AL told Inv Drew Evans to go behind the desk and stand with Det Allison (he didn't want them to grab phone from him, he said) That's when he played the recording of BC, and would only play it once. Said it was all about money. (**iPhone was put on Airplane Mode when Inv Swaggerty got it from AL, they said it is done routine with phones or put in a special container. if LEO dont have the passcode, it keeps anyone from being able to go online and delete evidence from a remote location. AL never gave them the pass code and refused to replay the recording from phone)

AL told Det Allison "ya'll stopped me", said he passed by there at 10:30 pm about going back to the house on Old River Drive. LEO had stopped him. Det Allison asked what he was driving, AL said a dark SUV, then later said it was CL SUV and that she didn't know he was driving it.

It looks like some of that stuff he has on that "affidavit" was possibly taken from those transcripts. We didn't hear any of that stuff, or anything of a sexual nature. He said said a lot of stuff....
 
AL wanted to speak to a Federal Pros. He wanted his case to be in Federal Courts not State Courts. Wanted to be the "points off on sentencing guidelines for owning up to his actions".

Call was made to US Attorney office and SA Burroughs came over to help. As he told Pros Johnson he was briefed, he had followed the case on news like other citizens. It was his understanding that AL requested to speak to Feds.

On the recording (AL didn't know was being recorded) you hear SA Burroughs go over the Miranda and AL signs. LEO Blain (forget his rank) was in there also and he signed along with SA Burroughs the witness section. Again AL wanted to go to another room where wouldn't be recorded. So they changed rooms (this happened multiple times) but the room was being recorded. This guy is who really got AL to talking. He told SA Burroughs of how was going to get the funds... said cant do money drop because cops stake out and grab when go to pick up. Was going to ask for $100,000 have transferred to a band account and use his scamming machine to make debit cards to withdraw the funds. (Remember way back on the threads someone found CL EBay account and some of the products were to make credit cards, laminating machines and so for !!) AL kept telling the SA that he wanted it to be Federal, SA told him you gotta give me something to prove its Federal...he really got AL to yapping. But he wouldnt give up anything. He told AL he was trying to help.. and left. While he was out in another office, AL started yelling (per SA Burroughs and LEO Blain) yelling for the FBI person... they went back in and this wasn't recorded but SA thought it was. AL told them he had someone help him named Trevor and that he was watching BC when AL was away. Allegedly Trevor was going to get $25,000 for his part in watching BC. AL said he wasn't involved in the Kidnapping.
SA got AL to agree to go and show LEO where BC was... SA Burroughs said he told Det Allison and then he was done with case, and last time he saw AL. Same with LEO Blain. (they were trying to get info find BC)

Pros entered into evidence at the Hearing, dont remember if it was 4 letters AND 4 Affidavits (I think thats what it was) but it could possibly been just the 4 affidavits. They didn't present (read) what CL said but entered a full page of statements. The judge will use that and all the bits to make his decision on the various Motions. Both State and Def have xx days to have their closing statements to the judge and a total of no more than 15 pages, covering all the Motions combined. And then the judge will make his decisions. There was an issue cant remb what it was that they agreed may have to have another hearing on because of testimony needed.

The testimony that was presented was about the Affidavits for Search warrants, Miranda... Judge agreed that stuff like watch and laptops and so forth not appear to be contraband but said not inclined to return items while case is still pending something may come up that makes it relevant.

He is def a warped individual. His ego... he even stated on one of the recording about possibility of a book being written about him someday.
 
AL said when he left the hospital he went to a gas station, then to bus stop... Was trying to text CL but couldn't get CL to answer back (unsure how he was trying to do this as Inv Swaggerty had his phone) unsure if he meant was doing the texting prior to having wreck?

But said when he left Baptist Hosp, went to Kanis (road behind hospital other side would be interstate). If I understood him correctly went behind an insurance company and walked over to Bowman .. went to Walmart on Bowman and bummed $20 from someone told them he just got out of hospital and didn't have any $. Said still had the iv in his arm from going to do the test at hosp. Went into Walmart and bought a pack of cig and a soda. Then walked past Hobby Lobby...said they are closed on Sunday ya know... went to a place next to a mattress store and chilled out for a while. Went to Goodwill bought a new pants and shirt (told how much ea piece was) so that he would have diff clothing. Walked to KFC got on bus... took to Target on University Ave. Changed bus got on bus to Baseline.. went to walmart.. boosted a veh... Went to Argo and tried to get dump truck. at first alarm went off. waited til after 700 for everyone to leave, got the dumptruck and pushed it thru chain on gate.. went back to Gravel Ridge (house on Randall Drive) Parked the dump truck iirc at a church parking lot. Made point that it was right down from a cop house. CL veh was not home, he thought she was arrested. Went around to back of house, said that the cops doing surveillance weren't very good. Said cops left lights on so that they could see shadows if someone came in. Slithered across floor like a snake, got change of clothing. Noticed his dogs gone. (Asked SA Burroughs where his dogs were. LEO Blain said he believe they were taken to animal shelter, AL asked if he could get his pit back ):facepalm:

But then don't understand how he ended up back over in the area where was arrested at.

When he took the stand (was a few min break for his attorneys to speak with him) it was the Def only witness other than the last witness of States .. Inv Hendrix. AL was testifying about when he was read his Miranda. ... He testified that Det Allison never read them to him (there was a doc entered where AL refused to sign that he was read, and Det Allison wrote on it that AL refused) AL stated only time he was read Miranda was from when arrested at apartments and that he told Officer Roy when asked if he needed medical no but he wanted a lawyer. Pros on cross was asking when was it that he was asked. AL said he sat in the patrol car 30 or 45 min prior to them taking him to PCSO. Then he said it took about 5 min to get to PCSO Jail from the apartments. There was discussion about how long takes to get from apartments to the Jail. AL said he was unfamiliar with the area where arrested. Said he didnt know what they were talking about Green Mountain Dr. Said he knew Rodney Parham... Pros said when Def objected that he was trying to point out credibility of AL. Def objected to line of questioning said was beyond the scope. Judge overruled said in the big picture of case it was relevant. (this is why I still wonder about why he was back in that area, area not far from hospital)

They first took him to an area in Cabot, an abandoned house he said was one place .. Det Allison said it was more like a shed. He and Hendrix were in that veh and JP Massiet and Ables were in the other veh. Then he said Trevor must have moved her. The other house was a house in Haskell, he described it as house having 8 ft fence around it. They went there. Det Allison said had a lock on gate, AL, trevor must have changed it. Det Allison and the other officers had to remove the gate from hinges to get in... AL said that he and Trevor had to do same thing :scared: AL said she was handcuffed, but feet weren't tied so she could walk around. Was on a chain attached to an I bolt in living room. Det Allison said that you could see the lg living room from outside the home but none of AL descriptions inside the home matched to what actually looked like. He didnt believe she had been there and told him so. (Oh and BC allegedly had green duct tape over her mouth with a hole in it so she could drink from a cup that had a straw and water in it) <per AL
