Plaintiff’s motion for appointment of counsel (docket entry #131) is GRANTED. In
accordance with the provisions of Local Rule 83.7, the following attorney is now appointed to
represent Plaintiff in this proceeding: Chet D. Dunlap, Attorney at Law, Post Office Box 54,
Trumann, AR 72472-0054. The Clerk shall enter Mr. Dunlap’s name as the attorney of record for
Plaintiff, and shall send counsel a copy of this order and a copy of Local Rule 83.7. The Clerk is
also directed to forward counsel a copy of this file 21 days after the entry of this order.
Plaintiff’s motion for a scheduling order (docket entry #129), and his motion for an order to
view or listen to CDs (docket entry #130) are DENIED. The case will be referred to the District
Judge for trial scheduling, and the Court presumes appointed counsel will work with defense
attorneys to ensure Plaintiff can access CDs as appropriate.

Also on the Fed Civil Suit against Tucker (prior to his being moved to Varner) AL has filed his filed appeal with the United States Court of Appeals Eighth Circuit in ST Louis MO. His Appellant Brief filed Nov 9, 2015 7 pages long. This is the one where at first they would not allow AL to write to CL, then the Guard took his legal mail (which is where he stated he had sent affidavits), then the District Court Granted Summary Judgement in favor of AL, the case of First Amendment Right Violation to move forward, then the Warden changed mind and gave AL permission to write CL, then they moved him to Varner (this is all per AL and the Prisons versions) Defendants have until 12/9/2015 to file response.

Lewis' defense team argued that the search warrants used to obtain some evidence in the case, including rope and green duct tape from a car driven by Lewis, were overly broad based on what investigators knew at the time.

If this is the same duct tape, they used green duct tape on her??? Not exactly the smartest criminals. That might be a little easy to match, man. I am glad they weren't smart. Hopeful for justice to be served.

It looks like back in January he had someone post on his behalf. Maybe a prison pen pal hussy. His old girl "Carmen", who knows? His arrogance and sexual prowess is seriously disturbing.
