Their oldest son went to live with dad 4-5 years ago. He wasn't doing so well academically....his father got him private tutoring and found an alternative school program for him and now he's on target to graduate EARLY!! When AL called him and tried to extort money from him he told Arron to F off and immediently notified Crystal what kind of man she was with. He has not bad mouthed CL in any way to the children or in public. When he found out about AL involvement with this crime he immediently stepped up to protect his children. He has always paid his child support AND paid for his daughter's cheer expenses (maybe he was a little behind at the gym, but he's paying this ON TOP of his child support with a military salary) He's had attorney's fees related to getting his daughter out of an unsafe situaition. He continues to pay for collect calls so that the kids can speak to their mom, he's paying for private counsiling for his kids to deal with this life event for them, AND he drove the kids 14 hours round trip with all the expenses related to that and people wanna ***** that he's an ******* for not cleaning out his ex's house after she was arrested and charged with CAPITAL MURDER.

He doesn't owe her anything...yet still does whatever he can for her, because she's the mother of his children. But apparently that's not good enough for Crystal's friends.

RIGHT ON!!!!!!! He is not arrested. He is taking care of responsibilities. He is obviously responsible himself, or he wouldn't be in the military (they don't take kindly to irresponsibility). They don't let active duty military not pay child support. He has been dragged into something that he certainly wants to stay miles away from!!! I feel most sorry for him and the kids. They had NO choice in this. Admittedly, if the daughter stayed at other people's houses because Arron was so vile to be around, Crystal had plenty of warning and insight to him and still made those choices for her family. As a single mother who understands wanting companionship, that is still simply inexcusable.
 
Seriously, when my dad was killed.. I took only pictures and his hat. I didn't want anything that the killer may have touched. I even let her family come and get her things and told them to take everything in her room whether it belonged to her or not, I wanted nothing to do with it. Just the thought it. Shiver

Oh, well, we'd been friends for a while. I was more friends with her roommate, never liked her. So one day we're having Mexican food and margaritas and she says she wants me to write a letter to get her pardoned. She shot her gf point blank after having a fight at a bar, shot her after they got home. She pleaded to lesser charges after the jury had been picked. All that happened way before I knew her, but I'd known her for several years before I found out. Then, come to find out, the woman who was killed was the sister to two of my friends. I had a blowup with the murderers roommate about it and we didn't talk for a year or so. Then we started hanging out again, and had another blowup over the murderer so I was done. She wanted me to write the letter and then write a book about the murder. She wanted a pardon and she only served less than a year in prison. She was in prison at the unit in Newport, AR, with some infamous killers.

The roommate I was friends with was not the roommate that was murdered.

While I understand the ex has no obligation to take the daughter to see CL, he did in fact take her to the jail last weekend. From what I had been told by CL, they still had a good relationship and the ex was always hopeful that she would get back with him. She said he was still in love with her and repeatedly told her this even though he has a wife. She never spoke ill of him except that he was behind on child support.

IMO, that's hitting below the belt. None of that needs to be said here ...

This is not about Crystal's ex-husband and his life with his new family.
 
It is beyond inappropriate to post here about CL's ex husband and say things that could harm his marriage when there is a VERY good chance that is is entirely untrue. When people post that kind of fodder they lose all credibility in my eyes. Not cool.
 
Was it mentioned somewhere that one of Beverly's sons was a nurse or was going to nursing college? Or am I confusing this with another case possibly?
 
Not that I recall. I think there was discussion of CL and CC Jr both working at BCBS.

Yet, she freaked out that the phone was found on her dirty panties after a woman had been murdered and her husband had already been charged? She was embarrassed about her underwear?!

As for the rest of it... I don't believe a word she has said.. I think she may have a little narcissism going on herself. Birds of a feather...

ETA: I forgot to say I snipped the quote. I didn't want to repeat the rumor of CL saying anyone was still in love with her.

Actually, it was an interesting catch on your part. I knew the name looked familiar but didn't realize that name is also a member here.. But she is. So what's the connection? I'm not sleuthing it!! lol. Just very curious. I don't have enough data left to go digging around.

Not sure of her exact job title but she works at his office... is also a "cheer mom" and personal friends with crystal. He agreed to take crystal on as a client probono in her custody case as a favor to his employee. When she got arrested for murder he basically said that he needed to get paid for the criminal case (don't blame him) and since no one in crystals camp can afford him that's why she now has a public defender.

This same woman is the one "who is handling all of crystals personal affairs" so logic would lead my to believe this is NJ main informant....

I don't have links to court docs on this device. Could someone please remind me what AL going to court for in December? Surely won't be his trial yet?

I would be afraid to take anything out of that house simply because AL aka sticky fingers may have lifted it and cops may be looking for it.

I'm still baffled over Beverly's cell phone being left at the house. If what CL told NJ was true about being with her ex bf and AL was home alone...I just find it strange he would've left the phone. But wait...he wrecked that Sunday a.m. Lawdy! Will any of this ever make sense?
