I wouldn't be surprised to learn he had been at the house BEFORE the meeting with Beverly.
Possibly already taken the lock off?

I know I don't really care to view these interviews with AL, but I think there might be "some" truths hidden in with lies?

"At what point did you get there?" Shannon asked? "Was it that Thursday night?" Again, Lewis nods yes. *

Just wondering if there are ANY truths in these statements?

At least he buried her and didn't just throw her body in a ditch. I wonder what that says about what types of criminals bury their victims? Pondering....

I agree with you about there being some truth there. I remember long ago, in a psychology class that I was taught there is always a bit of truth, even in a lie.

Could have been cigarette butts, blood stains, stains that looked like they should be checked, anything. The timing of CL's arrest fit with a possible time fit to getting DNA results back.

I agree. I wonder what kind of firearms he had, he was charged with 4 counts on that. Possible could have been a struggle over the gun and it went off. Thus an accident meaning didn't mean to shoot. If that happened there would have been blood.

That's what I was wondering about earlier today when I made my Random thoughts post. As someone else posted due to things being sealed we don't know that AL hasn't ratted out anyone. Personally, I commend LE for keeping it hush hush that way it give IF there is another person/persons the proverbial rope to hang themselves with and LEO to get their stuff together. But the curious human nature part wants at least a few crumbs. It was what, exactly a month when they arrested CL with same charges as AL?
 
Since I am new, if i do break rules its not on purpose. I was reading old posts on FH. One person posted on Sept 28th quote: Well considering he had a lockbox in his car... hello unquote. Is it just a theory or do we know for fact that AL had a lock box in his car when he wrecked? TIA
 
I wonder if CL ever went by Lewis instead of Lowery or did she change her FB and IG accounts to Lowery after all this happened? Just a random thought...

Too my knowledge that was just pure speculation. There were many wild stories going on over on FH. Even one stating he kidnapped her because she was his mother, which was obviously BS.

Yes, but the "accidental shooting" or murder could have taken place anywhere else besides that empty house.

I just have a hard time believing they have charged 2 people with kidnapping and capital murder and they think they both played the same amount of a part in the crimes if it was an accidental discharge of a firearm. In my opinion, there is a reason they haven't given the cause of death. If anything, I would guess it was a gag and bound thing and an accidental suffocation? Here's the thing. He took her for a reason. There's a lot more to this story and there probably aren't many accidents involved!

Maybe Mystery Man was a prison contact who threatened to have him killed in prison by one of his gang if he ratted him out. "If this goes bad and they pin it on me, you will regret it" threat.

By putting accidental shooting in quotes I was making a point. It doesn't matter how BC died if they were committing the felony of kidnapping.

This is as far as I've read.. But I believe the 3rd person has already been named by AL in his arrest walk.
