I wonder if the spousal privilege/husband-wife privilege changes any when both spouses are charged with same crime/same charges, and if the severity of the crime matters, especially when charged with Capital Murder and Kidnapping. I have tried to do some research per Google but have been unsuccessful as to anything that I could provide a link for. It really has me curious though.

How can that knot head file this when he wasn't the one who originally filed for divorce? She would have to file this wouldn't she? His artwork freaks me out! He doesn't take any of the crimes he has committed seriously!! I wish they would break a bone for every stinkin' lawsuit he files!

Different states have different laws regarding spousal immunity. The citation you used is for federal courts.
I think we discussed Arkansas' spousal immunity but I may be thinking of Erin Corwin case in California. Florida has no spousal privilege at all, IIRC.

I am from GA born and raised until just a few years ago. This is not far from my hometown and I have not been able to get these folks off my mind.

Haven't been on much lately but saw about the couple on the news. That CL stuff is really scary. They gave a really good tip on the news. If you are meeting someone , have them meet you in front of a police station.

Found a listing of Beverly Carters, that I believe to be the one the coworker was showing and got locked out of. I actually found it by accident, looking at something else... * I am not alluding to the Haynie Rd having anything to do with this tragic event. After finding the old ad for the property, I looked it up just to see where it was. Then I realized going the back way from AL home to Argos - how close it actually is.

From 165 Randall Drive, Jacksonville AR (AL and CL home address) if AL went on HWY 107 up to HWY 89 then HWY 89 to the Southern Star Address... approx. 14.9 miles 20 min (google map)
When AL had the wreck on Sunday morning Sept 28th, according to the accident report "The approx. POI was 85 ft W of W of the curb line of the Driveway of 8727 Jacksonville Cato Rd. and 2 ft N of N curb Jacksonville Cato Rd." and your mind is JUST FINE!!ETA: I have no legal knowledge, but I am thinking that it was just a housekeeping type thing because that was before the Formal charges over in Circuit Court. I bet we see something in on the Robbery (AL) and the Theft by Receiving (CL) before long. Since AL had his hearing this month on that case and both of those show bound over to Circuit... What will be interesting to me, is if they attach it to the current charges or if they have separate case in Circuit for those charges.
