No we never came to any conclusion about what creature it was...some in this thread think it was a puppy and I am inclined to agree...however it's notable that many other people all over the net (MSM and otherwise) have noted it as other things...a rabbit being one of them. I will surly post the MSM link if I find it again referring to it as anything other than a dog...but I honestly don't remember what article it was. But i have indeed noticed others questioning that it was a canine.

I was able to find a website, from someone who apparently collected LMs postings (not the short ones, the really long texts). Some of them I have never seen before, like the one where is talking about his stepfather hitting him and his sister.
they all seem written by LM himself, because his common spelling mistakes are there.

No. Not at all...it looked like it would be a small breed though. Sort of like a border collie type dog, but likely not pure breed.

All Caucasian babies are born with blue/gray eyes (as are all puppies). Asian and Black babies are born with brown eyes. The eye color changes within few weeks (if it changes), well within 3-4 weeks for puppies not sure about human babies.

both my kids were born with brown eyes, i and both their fathers are caucasian.

last night i had this weird little..hmmm cant think of word...not breakdown...but this moment where i thought...the internet, as amazing as it is has created or maybe just brought out the truly evil in people...and they can pretty much get away with it.

i was reading a newly created "justice for LM" FB page and how it was glorifying LM and then reading the comments of other FB users some chastising the FB page then others who were chastising those who opposed LM and again glorifying him....and the nastiness of those people who feel the power of anonymity just kind of hit me all at once...i followed some of the FB profiles and looked at their pages and started thinking...damn, there is a lot of ****ed up people out there....many who in person may appear completely normal, but put them in a dark alley or on the internet and they become a completely different person.....

how do you even weed out the true LMs and the jokesters? you cant.

back in the day, the things these people were saying would have gotten their *advertiser censored* kicked hard...now days people can post anything they want...be as evil and nasty and hurtful and never feel repercussions for it....because they are anonymous and nobody knows who they are....

You express yourself in a way I wish I could. You gave me a picture with the words. Sometimes we just read words and with others we can "see" what they say.

It's a love hate thing with the internet, huh? Almost surpasses human understanding. What is real? What is not real?

One thing though.....when reading the reasons for your "epiphany" I get it. It's almost like there are times I want to shut it down and not go on the internet except for purely informational purpose and stay away from message boards, etc. where we actually interact with other human beings. You know that feeling of....almost embarrassment at times?

It's like writing something and saying it in person are so different. If I say the wrong thing in person, people can forget things in time you know? But if it is IN STONE meaning I WROTE IT, it stays there. And, I want to run away from myself sometimes. But, then again I can't stay away......:banghead:

I think that is part of what happened with Magnotta. His compulsion to go on the internet, then all the trail he left behind. Then trying to keep up the persona. I would guess he even had theses conflicted feelings.

What the internet can become to those without some self control is a BIG HAIRY BEAST!!!

he actually appeared very out of it as if drugged. there was ZERO signs of him being into this.

that is offensive to the victim.

He definitely wasn't "into it." He looked like he was struggling to regain consciousness.

I am not trying to go on and on about this but it is VERY IMPORTANT to me from a legal standpoint as to whether they actually see his face on that video and I see NO REASON for the use of the words MAY HAVE unless it is wrt the fact that they arent certain WHO ATE THE BODY PARTS.

I argue semantics for a living so maybe I am just being anal here but what I say above is the proper use of my language.

No, you're not crazy, but I think I understand why they, the police, use the words, "may have." It's clearly insinuated, in the video, that a body part is eaten, but does not actually show anything being eaten.

I'm not trying to be graphic here, but more objective in explaining. I watched the video only one time, but I clearly remember it showed the body part being cut with a knife and fork and then, eventually, the fork was lifted to what looks like the murderer's face, but it does not actually show the face. The fork with the body part on it then disappears out of the shot. It leaves you with the impression that the murderer just ate the body part on the fork. The reality is that you just can't tell if he ate it or not.

However, in the video next, there was some movement and you could see the fork again, almost like the murderer's arm slipped a little and you could just see the fork that still contained the body part; therefore, it was still uneaten at that point and is then never seen again. I'm not going to watch it again, but maybe someone else remembers this too??

The only reason I clearly remember this is because when I read your post it brought to light my immediate reaction of watching that part of the video and that was that the cannibalism part looked staged to me, and the guy doing the video didn't actually eat what was on the fork, but wanted to leave the impression he did. Maybe the police came to this same conclusion. Basically, if what I saw is what they saw, I"m not sure you could prove anything was eaten by the aggressor.

IMO the whole video just looks staged. Ironically as this sounds, it doesn't possess what many might perceive as real sadistic lashing out. It just doesn't makes sense that if someone gets off on torture, why would they torture someone that has already passed? The psychology folks can chime in on that and maybe explain it.

As I mentioned in another post, it looks as though the victim was already passed before anything is done to him, and as someone else mentioned, the actual stabbing didn't look overly intense, I think he/she said it looked whimpy. It looks like poor acting out and staging. But regardless, that certainly does not reduce it's perversity, but it might help professionals understand the nature of the crime and criminal better.

Within five months I got turned down for a modeling job because my hair was again too short so I became worried and called the doctor.

They cut me open in the back of my head and took a piece of my flesh off, they then sewed me back up and planted the grafts of hair into my head at the front. As a result, now I cannot feel the back of my head and there is a huge scar.

I can never cut my hair short and I have to wear concealer on my face to hide the scars from the facial peel.

I know that after viewing such images I will never, ever be able to forget the image of Mr Lin's face following the unspeakable horrors that were done to him. I've prayed to forget to remember that image but as of now that has not happened.

i cannot ever forget. every Asian male i see makes me want to cry. all i kept thinking over and over was that was somebody's child while watching the video. :sick

In the early hours of the release of this video, I seem to remember someone posting a screen shot that showed the bureau at the foot of the bed and there was what looked to be a fork sitting on top of it, still containing the piece of flesh. Does anyone else remember seeing this particular screen shot?

I also think that it can lead some people (who already have the seed of depravity or sickness) into places that they would not have gone to, years ago (before the internet). The sheer volume of sick graphics, forums with ultra-weird fetishes, sick movies to download, etc. is mind-boggling.
50 years ago, if someone had weird compulsions such as necrophilia, for instance, they would have had nowhere to go to talk about it. They most likely would have kept quiet, felt shame or disgust about themselves.
In today's time, they can go online and see others share and talk about it, and it feeds their compulsions (IMO). Maybe it makes them feel it is "normal".

I remember reading an article pertaining to the easy access of *advertiser censored* online. The author suggested that people addicted to *advertiser censored* often need sicker and sicker images to get them off after a while. Where straight m/f would suffice in the beginning, eventually those hard core *advertiser censored* watchers would progress to s/m and beyond into snuff, necrophilia and so on. I think the writer had a good point.

We did attempt to find out who that was and we got no where. At that point the police had all the info and we sort of thought 'they'll find out'. Then we found the pic of him in Montreal and tried to locate him there; and informed the Local Police there.

FWIW: we keep getting asked why the police didn't do anything. We don't know. When we would ask for updates the standard response was "we can't comment on ongoing investigations". Toronto was ok to deal with, as we knew they we're working on it. Montreal however, didn't take us seriously.. at all. At least not to our face.

Edit: The pic I am talking about in Montreal, the top image was inserted into one of his horrible youtube videos. So using google maps we just went down all the different streets until we started recognizing the street lights; then crosswalks, etc. Using the trees we thought that the pic was taken sometime in early April (best guess). That is most likely why he usually went out at night. This way he could look better. The sunlight shows things. If he was to go to a club ...at night flaws can be concealed to some degree.

Then when he went on the run he was out and about even in daytime as is evident from the Germany apprehension. Agoraphobics (if he has such tendencies which it seemed he might) will venture out when there is NO choice. meaning he HAD to venture out while traveling.

The last few years his looks really took a dump.

Seems that most of the pictures on the internet are when he was much younger, and of course as many have pointed out here, Photoshopped.

You know what? I am kinda intrigued that he admitted this stuff about his flaws. First thought is that he would conceal it. Puzzled by that. Have to think on that one.
