I haven't read the last zillion posts here, I am going to, but quickly I just wanted to know - Natalee's dad, Dave, was he totally duped by all of this as well? This poor guy?

The documentary series was developed by a production company in close collaboration with Dave Holloway and his long-time private investigator. The show followed his continued search to find answers about his daughter Natalee from a lead he had received. We had hoped, along with Mr. Holloway, that the information was going to provide closure.”

Brian Graden Media did not immediately respond Monday to a request for comment made over the weekend. Holloway’s attorney, Wood, also did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

Oxygen Media defends series about missing teen case

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (AP) — A lawsuit seeking $35 million over an Oxygen Media television series about the disappearance of an Alabama teenager in Aruba presents an "inaccurate depiction" of the show, the company said in response to the complaint.

“Innacurate depiction of the show”? There is nothing inaccurate described in Beth’s lawsuit. It happened exactly as she described.

I watched something awhile back with the father and not sure if that was what they are referring to.

I dont remember all the details that she is describing in what I saw. I just remember the father pursuing looking at certain areas on the island and some theories. Maybe I missed something.

If what she claims is true in the lawsuit then I think she has a case.

I watched this YouTube video, in addition to another video that he posted the same day the lawsuit was filed. It talks about who deceives who and was right after the lawsuit was filed. It was another video. I'm not going to post it because I'm not sure I'm allowed to, but if you go to this one you can see the other post that was done right after the lawsuit on the same YouTube channel and see what was said. It might give insight to what is going on. And who knew what when..if you believe it.

I was OP, and did a cut paste of the article at the link. The article had the name Elizabeth in it and I captured it when I copied it.
 
What bothers me most about this case is Natalie went to her father for money for this trip and he did not approve of her going there so then she went to her mother who gave her money for it. Her mother should have known better, big time. This was no trip for a high-schooler. If only her mother would have agreed with him. I realized they were divorced so they were not together in this. SAD. Broken homes don't work. JMO

First off my dear I don't remember this at all Natalee asking her dad for money

A trip to Aruba, a tradition Mountain Brook seniors, ...
... the entire year looking forward to.
I just re read Loving Natalee.
Beth was also concerned and had long talks with Natalee about the trip..
Do you have a link for this information about
Dave not wanting her to go? Or that he just didn't want to give her any money.
Second you spelled her name wrong it's Natalee
